Liberally Covered
It would appear I have a bruised hip and I also manged to cut open my foot somehow as well.
quite a few spills today , apart from MikeG who seemed to stay upright all day .

Big thanks to Rich and Donna for showing us round , another great day out in the Surrey Hills . There is so much up there we didnt ride as well .
Not sure about the remodded BKB . Its abit too 'motorway' for me , and yes its fast but doesnt require alot of skill ( which is probably a good thing)

Hope the beers are ok , its a tough job but worth the effort.

All,
Thanks for all the kind words - what a fab day :)

my wrists and arms are a bit achey - those new fangled suspension forks might catch on! (note to self - fix bike with suspension before next ride.,...)

great cake, great company, decent weather too. Surprise free beer from Rob @
Itchen Valley Brewery - top man!

Faffing in a very busy car park - which we all got in due to some excellent marshalling from the event team at Peaslake MTBO - thanks guys!

Great ride and social, well led and despite surprisingly little mud we got pretty 'caked up'...so marvellous.
Special thanks to Mark for loan of pliers, and to Hobbs for mending my rotor with said pliers. Really appreciated.

...the beer worked very well with the curry....
