Bob I'm no expert on trails rules, but I believe in adults groups helmets are optional, certainly used to be, so not sure about kids groups. And i suspect it would be difficult to find a proper open face helmet for a 3 year old, but if i got one of these for Sam, I agree, no matter how slow, he will be wearing something. Which then makes me think about something else, he is already riding a balance bike, ie no peddles, just push along (loves going along Brighton sea front on it) and up to now handn't thought about a helmet, but really we should, ummm and then what about when he rides his scooter????? Oh by the way, the UK distributor for these bikes is in Sussex :-) |
