OK - set a date and we'll go from there.

How about Sunday 6th May into BH Monday morning? Late enough for some nicer weather and a couple of weeks before the Gravel Dash. Anyone want to join us?

The Alpkit bags come with two stuff sacks, a tiny strong one for when you’re out and about, plus a large thin breathable one 5x the size for long term storage. The large soft cotton sack makes a good pillowcase, which you can stuff any clothing into for added comfort
Which bag do you have, Ricky?

PipeDream bag Bob.
Which model - 200, 400 or 600?

600. Most people could get away with a 400 and wear a down jacket if extra warmth is needed, but I struggle to keep warm.

Please note, separate thread for the Bivvy night arrangements so this can be left to gear geekery :)

Well I've made a start on the list of things I need and bought a sleeping bag.

Couldn't stretch to an Alpkit one but this was £96, packs down small in it's own compression dry bag and weighs c. 900gms which I thought was pretty good vfm.
