I think Roland is the son of Kirkis and Sylvina from Suikoden 1. The reason I believe this is three things... 1) He mentions his "beloved homeland" which means he isn't from the grasslands or Zexen. 2) His weapon has the SAME NAME has Sylvina's from S1!!!! 3) His hair is purple like Sylvinas (I'd say he takes after his mother in appearance) and he also kinda looks like kirkis to. So what are your thoughts? |

I never thought of it, but that makes alot of sense. Not to mention, there are other characters related to suikoden I characters. Like Emily. |

Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now, from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty, back then, We loved so many, yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies... ![]() ![]() Into a world of Illusions Time scar

I noticed that too with Roland,he must of left the new Elf village in Toran to become a knight in Zexen,Kirkis likely gave him his bow to use. It seems alot of job skills were either passed down through the generations or taught to a dedicated student who carried it onward. |
