I wouldn't mind it although i only had it on nei and used it a couple of times.
	Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now,from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty,back then, We loved so many,yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies...

If this rune was made as a true rune it could be more interesting in the next Suikoden instillation that's for sure. I mean I'm sure all of the runes have a true rune of sorts.

Honestly, this rune is amazing. I brought Nei to the final battle with me once because this rune is just that good. A lot of people do not realize how great this rune is, I am glad Hotspot does and brought it up.
