Bearer of the Bright shield Rune Posts: 1,415 Group: Leader Member #5 Joined: April 7, 2007 Favorite Suikoden suikoden 2	These rare items are great for modifying your ships in your fleet,you can adjust your ship's range,mobility,and armor,each time you move up either your mobility or armor it will use one ocean rune piece while your range uses 5 ocean rune pieces per level it goes up. example 1 ocean piece= up one level for armour 1 ocean rune piece= up one level for mobility 5 ocean rune pieces= up one level for range getting these through fishing is great because upgrading the ships can tilt the naval battles in your favor. Armor alots your ship to soften the blow of enemy attack thus reducing the number of underlings you lose from each hit your ship takes. Mobility allows you to move more squares in the battle map. Range allows you to lengthen your rune cannon's fire distance capacity meaning you can hit your enemy from a further distance away from your enemy. Keep in mind it may require each stat to be boosted a fair bit before you'll notice it.

	Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now,from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty,back then, We loved so many,yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies...
