It will appear by the castle(not in the castle) on the world map, i don't remember when though. |

Later in the game when the castle becomes your headquarters,i believe it's the 5th chapter when it occurs,since one leader is choosen,and it becomes your home thanks to the Harmonian army,push you back,during war battles. |
