"Thank You for Being a Friend" is a popular song written by Andrew Gold. He recorded it for his third album, All This And Heaven Too, and the single version reached #25 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1978. The song later got life as the theme song to The Golden Girls in a version recorded by Cindy Fee. Other uses The original version of the song is featured in the Playstation 2 videogame commercial of Ratchet: Deadlocked. It is also used as the theme song for the Oakland Athletics, and is played at the conclusion of each home game. ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgssjkrRqA4 I think this song has alot of moral to it, it's meaningful. |

Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now, from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty, back then, We loved so many, yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies... ![]()
