After the audience with the Emperor, don't go home. Instead, go to Sarady and talk to the man in the upper-right house. You'll get a Fortune Rune. Alternately, go home and as soon as Ted joins the party, go to Sarady and talk to the man in the upper-right house. You'll get a Prosperity Rune. I always do this mostly alone to get the fortune rune, i always level up tir to level 12 and then go, sometimes i go with ted but rarely. |

Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now,from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty,back then, We loved so many,yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies...

I usually get 3 sometimes 4 water rune pieces along the way, but sometimes i just wait until i have atleast 3, once i think i got 5. |

They come in handy if you want them on somebody's weapon,go to lenancamp the blacksmith will attach them to a weapon. Find any other goods? |

You also get the items early that are in the mountains on your way up to sarady. |
