Please tell me the answer, is fate unchangeble? even at his most powerless man's existence is never without meaning. What was the start of all of this? When did the cogs of fate begin to turn? Perhaps it is impossible to grasp that answer now, from deep within the flow of time. But,for certainty, back then, We loved so many, yet we hated so much,we hurt others and were hurt ourselves.... Yet even then, we ran like the wind,Whilst our laughter echoed, under the cerulean skies... ![]()

I gave it a 9/10, it's definitly one of my favorite games. Lately I've been reading up on the theories on Chrono Compendium which has made it even more interesting, I was surprised how well most of it seemed to be thought out. I had some reason for docking it the one point, but I honestly am now having trouble remembering what it was. I'll just say that we didn't get to do much at the dream-themed city.... let's go with that.

I'm giving it an 8. It is an excellent game and one of my favorites. The characters are well developed (especially if you do side quests), the story is intriguing, the graphics are good for its time, and the music is catchy and appropriate. Plus, time paradoxes always fascinate me. The downsides are that Crono doesn't talk. Silent heroes are not cool. The New Game+ option is just incredibly cheap too, in my opinion. It wasn't really worth doing it since all you got were more of the best items and different endings. Some combinations of characters just weren't worth using, which detracts from gameplay. |

I gave it a 9. Though it was an amazing game. I didn't like the waiting battle system. Maybe if it was free action, it would have been alot better. Like the Tales series. but ohwell, I hated the Final Fantasy games due to the waiting. But that's just my personal choice, free play. |

Too bad i never played it so i can't vote on it sounds like a great game, too bad it never became a series beyond the two games of Trigger and Cross, this just sounds like a potential goldmine the developers of it are missing out on. |

Well considering this series is in part done w/ Akira Toryama's blessing it really doesn't surprise me that no other Chrono games were done though according to google there is a third Chrono game square enix is considering making. But we'll see I highly doubt any of us will ever see it any time soon though.. as long as SE makes munny off of Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy & the other games in their series I doubt it will ever get made.. =/ Munny talks guys, never forget that.. Munny makes the video game world go round. xD

True Square-Enix has alot of money making Rpg games,it has Final Fantasy,Dragonquest,Kingdom of Hearts, the even had Breath of Fire, and of course the two Chrono games. It seems the company really took off successfully after Square Soft and Enix merged into one company,it's widely the best known Rpg game making company. With so many popular series it's no wonder,Dragonquest is a huge seller in Japan both part 8 and 7 sold over 4 million copies in Japan. |
