This Is How I Keep People From Touching My Computer

Late one night, on the RPK cbox, I was overhearing a conversation, something involving Swift, who I knew very little of (except that he had FF in his name ALL the time >.>). Anyway, I was sick with the need to find an artist, and due to the fact no one had a fondness for drawing antrhopomorphic characters, I was sadly declined. I spent two more days of rejection before the grand ol' trip to Chicago with my school orchestra. In the hour of math before we left from the school on that day, I doodled a little nose that quickly expanded into a head. My friend was eager to see and asked to look at it a bit closer. I said yes...and to my giddy surprise, he drew a miniscule Llama body below the head. I nervously laughed, and stowing the unfinished picture in my all-purpose binder, went to the orchestra room to pack up. While there, I received my AP Physics book for reading over the next three days. Always raring to horde things, I took the piece of paper with the head on it and hid it within the safety of the book. It followed me to and back, and I managed to coplete nothing on it. When I returned here, I discovered I was much missed by my dear friends and enemies at RPK. I resumed attempts to commission for art, but was rejected. In a stint of determination, I took pencil to paper and completed my first drawing, which I was proud of at the time... though I see it now as requiing major improvement, I finished it, and with my AOL, uploaded it to the Cosmos before posting an image in my new thread on RPK. Its reception was somewhat confusing, full of netspeak and vague comments. Without further ado, here be my first picture, as I'm sure everyone from RPK will remember:

Now last time in our little adventures, I had just finished an odd little drawing and for a while, I was content with that sketch. Yet I lusted for more and I knew where to find that 'more'. For at least a couple of years, I had used powerpoint as my major artistic outlet. Eventually I became adept at using freeform shapes to model pictures in a sort of jury-rigged way. It was in my freehand creation that I realised the possibilty of tracing other pictures into autoshapes I could recolor with a click. Thinking quickly, I created a powerpoint file to do so. My first picture I had drawn was inserted in the leading slide, and I proceeded to overlay shapes onto it. During this time I made subtle corrections where I saw fit, and when I had finished, I saved it all into a jpeg. But alas, this jpeg compressed the picture too little, so I was forced to use gif format. This leads to the odd situation around the shoes, though I've never returned to fix it. The background in my haste, was not elaborated to my dismay, and the name was an apparent testament to a lack of what to call this creature, being that he had no identity. with a hint of personal resistance, I settled on the name of Coney. Since then, this 'Coney', in the form of 'Konae', has made an entrance in my writings of Time, Science, and Magic. so has Sahla, whose name is a direct translation of 'serenity'. Reviews were yet again mixed when I uploaded the picture under the cloak of night. I decided to continue my exploits eventually... but I needed new fodder... something to add diversity to the single simple character I had drawn. Something... female? Only time would've told me then.

I had a lovely story for this one but I clicked one of those blasted cheap jewelry ads and lost it, even with a few failsafes set up... I'll fill in all of these with good lengthy stories soon, trust me. >_> I just need to get over the loss of my old post material @_@

My finest to date... This marked a relatively large stylistic change after a month's hiatus from doodling. @_@ This oricinally had quite a bit of rough stuff on it... the only thing that remains from my failed attempts at adopting to a new style lay in the corner. ~Writing short descriptive essay still~

Not bad. The order they go in shows various levels of improvement. The last one is quite impressive. |

Did the last one in powerpoint. She's nicknamed Marra in her files, but has nothing to do with the Marra in Relics. I didn't add abackground yet, so I used black. This would be a Keemian I guess, a Canis Lupus of sorts... And yes, the pictures go in chronological order, so I certainly hope there's at least some improvement. I ought to download some of my notebook pictures soon.![]() Edited colours @_@ ![]() Edited more stuff >_>

Something interesting perhaps... I got a new scanner... and even though people raerly post here (besides Jonny because he has a job here), I'm going to just post a picture of the actual scanned drawing ._. You'll note the "WAI BETTEH" quality that was advertised on the scanner, as well as the more precise flaws, whereas the webcam just made everything reeeeeeeeeealy blurry![]() And oh yes, some MS paint stuff too. The fascist fox insignia. EDIT: I need to darken my lines >.>; ; |

![]() A female version of a pangolin-coyote I think. It was supposed to be a sort of self-portrait, but it had overdeveloped mammary glands.... >.> I've noticed that I get antsy as I get closer to the feet @_@ |

http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t193/Ir...ote/Oer_dog.jpg I drew a dog. Running. I scanned it for no apparent reason, even though I hadn't darkened the lines. Curses on you, Lexmark. Enjoy your faintly drawn African Hunting Dog. |

I've had that insignia since RPK... It's still my avatar there. And there's no way to post the powerpoint as a .gif... unless I spend the time to make it by hand. |

So spend the time... That is where it is strangely familiar from. I was thinking you might have had at school once or something. You should sell that insignia on a T-Shirt. |
