No, I mean, why keep it green? The way you placed the green in looks out of place, and maybe shouldn't be in the outfit at all. At least you didn't keep all the colors of your Christmas themed character. >.> |

Meh. Next time I draw her I guess I'll fix it up. Add in a few other details so it's not exactly a solid green like that the entire way through. Either way it's just a crappy little thing I did in paint, so i didn't put much thought into it o.x |

Did you put any thought into Rynk's color scheme? >.> I haven't seen any of your other characters in color, so I don't know if it's from them being older characters or because you're just colorblind. >.> (Christmas colors! CHRISTMAS COLORS! >.> ) |

Hey, blame Square Enix for that, not me >.> But, Rynk's clothing has more leather in it than Avelyn's does. In his pictures, the designs that are closer to the center edges are leather, while the rest is green. |

Thieves are usually environmental colors like green, brown, or black. Greened seemed to fit Rynk most, plus it was the main color of the FFXI thief armor, and so Avelyn followed suit to seem similar to him. |

But... it just doesn't work how you did it. I mean, if he had green hair or eyes or something it would be easier to pull off, but when you pick a more clashing color either it has to be the main color in the whole outfit or subtly used to pull off. You have an evergreen color, with really just isn't matching. Look at a color wheel, notice the colors next to or across from a certain one? Those shades will go better with it. How the hell are baggy green pants and a red vest in any way good camouflage? >.> I wouldn't take colors from SE. Invent your own color scheme, because the one you tweaked off of isn't working. >.> |

in FFXI, it isn't supposed to be. That red harness my character has is a multi-class piece of armor (Warriors use it, Ninjas use it, Monks use it, etc). What colors do you think they SHOULD wear? And if you say frilly pink dresses I'm not joining your thread >.> |

Ah the timeless battle of colour schemes... I honestly don't think it matters what colour it actualy is, it's only a roleplay, which means you can use your imagination to change things around. I don't actualy imagine Rynk in green at all, and I don't imagine Avelyn with golden blonde hair either. |

I wasn't going to say that. That is reserved for YOU. >.> Personally, if you must have the green, I'd pick a paler, more natural color. I'd also make your pant and jacket browns darker, and invert them with the green, using that color as a thinner trim. I personally alwasy saw it as all brown shades, but that's me. I'd get rid of his blue pants for a shade of tan. Why are they blue, anyway? >.> I'd also loose the trims on his white shirt, they make his shirt look too modern. Personally I'd also make his gloves a dark brown rather than back, and either get rid of the black on his boots it make it less noticeable. As for Avelyn, I'd see a semi-pale blue with lighter blue trimmings on her vest, and tan/brown pants. I think you could work with green on her if you edited the shades, if you really wanted to keep them. I don't know how well I explained it, but that's what I found. |

Her left tricep is still too biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig. D: Also, for your clothing folds: http://kitten-chan.deviantart.com/art/Tuto...-Folds-40875508 Kitten has a lot of good tutorials, so look at their other stuff too, like the anatomy and hands one.

she looks like she''s wearing a jacket under her jacket, and her bra on the outside. What's the loopy thing on her left leg coming off her trousers? what's the stuff coming out her glove? fish netting? and I think she'd be holding the handle, not the blade. Besides those confusions, it's ok. |

Fish-netting isn't as tight-laced as that, That's just sorta like... don't know how to explain it. Something along the lines of a "tough/leatherish spandex." It's there because Rynk has a similar type of glove and bandages comeing out of them in his FFXIV drawing. She's wearing a high-collar zip-up shit underneath of a trench-coat-like thing. And I think the only reason you might think she's wearing a bra on the outside (honestly I don't even see how, but...) might be because I forgot to erase the lower boundry-lines of where her breasts are. I think the very first time I drew it I had the belt up higher, so that's why. I'm going to fix it later. EDIT!- Oh, and she's not holding the blade, she's just letting it lean up against the palm of her hand. The blade would be too short if I had the handle all the way down where her hand is possitioned. |

Look at the teardrop like curve on the right hand side, that makes it look slightly more like she's wearing a bra, the one on the left is pretty much blocked out by the fat ass buckle. |

It can, but more often then not it isn't really, I don't think :x Either way, it's a solid, skin-tight material, not fish-netting =P And, that's just her "trench-coat" jacket, Virt. |
