I walked 9 miles (I clocked it in a car this morning) home from a party in the rain, tripping, after a friend reneged on his promise to drive me home. I wasn't wearing socks for some reason, so now I have more blisters on my feet than than I can count. I walked around the Old Port (shopping-centric neighborhood where I live- always plenty of punks selling bud) for two hours trying to find some smokables, and nobody had anything...on Halloween! So, after that, I gave up, grabbed a case of Twisted's at 7-11 (thank god for twenty-four hour convenience stores) and went to my best friend's apartment, only to find his girlfriend (who hates me) there. Fuck last night sucked.

I stayed home and did nothing because all the people with whom I planned the halloween party backed down and decided to make it next day (when it was no longer halloween) so I was pissed. Next day I learned there had been a zombie march downtown... that would have been fun.

That night I stayed at my sister's house where we decided to play "Friday the 13th", so my brother who was dressed up as Jason Voorhees hid outside (there's some pretty dark woods around the house, so all the better) while the rest of us had to take turns and go outside alone for "x" reason (to get the flashlight, get some wood for the campfire, etc) each five minutes, and If someone didn't make it back, it meant Jason got him. Eventually everyone was running and hidding everywhere because my brother decided to turn off all the lights and go inside the house himself. It was awesome because there where some hillarious horror movie-worthy moments, such as my uncle (who was dressed up as a zombie) splatting against a window while my brother just happened to be passing by, scaring the crap out of everyone inside.
