Can't really blame the judges though, Yahoo's supposed judges even had Machida as the winner although Yahoo's guys and all 3 official judges seemed to have Machida winning 4 different sets of rounds. According to the same article it was a close fight and Rua wouldn't go out and try to win the fight. His corner guys kept telling him he was way ahead on the scorecard so he was just trying to win by decision. It seems to me that if you are trying to win a title you have to be the definite winner, whether that is fair or not, they seldom just give a dude the title just because he may have slightly won. |

However saying that I didn't actually see the fight so I'm just going off of Yahoo's usual lies and bias. Dana wants a rematch ASAP though. |

One more thing. Can we now all please stop saying that the newest flavor of the month would beat Anderson Silva? |

The following is from Yahoo! Sports: Brock Lesnar, the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s massive heavyweight titleholder, was forced to withdraw Monday from his highly anticipated Nov. 21 title defense in Las Vegas against Shane Carwin. UFC president Dana White confirmed the news to Yahoo! Sports. White said Lesnar has been ill for more than three-and-a-half weeks and unable to train. With the bout at UFC 106 less than a month away, Lesnar was forced to postpone the title defense. “He said he’s never been this sick in his life,” White said. “He said it’s been going on for a long time and he just hasn’t been able to shake it.” White said he does not believe Lesnar had the H1N1 virus, commonly known as swine flu. The fight matched two of the biggest and most powerful heavyweights in the UFC. Lesnar (4-1), a former World Wrestling Entertainment star, was a junior college and NCAA Division I wrestling champion. Carwin is a former Division II national wrestling champion. Both men weigh around 295 pounds and cut weight to make the heavyweight division’s 265-pound limit. White said he is not sure when the fight will be rescheduled or if Carwin will still fight on the card. “We’re still working everything out,” he said. Carwin (11-0), who made several appearances in Los Angeles on Saturday to promote the fight, was clearly disappointed at getting the news. “My heart just sank, as you can imagine,” Carwin said. “Hopefully, we’ll get it rescheduled soon.” The co-feature at UFC 106 is set to be a light heavyweight bout between Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin, both among the company’s most popular fighters. That bout could be moved to main event status if White does not land a suitable opponent for Carwin for that date. |

I think what made it so awkward was how they would just stand there or something and the coachs and teams would just go dead silent for a few seconds, I'm not used to them being quiet. |

that is the only thing that sucks about TUF nobody has the conditioning they need. if I was a coach I would simply work on conditioning/stamina tell my guy to survive the first round then go kick ass in the second while the other guy can barely stand lol |

I don't know if they have time to do that though, they only tape across, I think, 6 weeks for the entire season. Now while it would help the guys that eventually end up in the finals the others would probably still suck. I guess it's a side effect of having guys this size for this season. However you'd think pro ball players would be able to go full out for a couple minutes at least. These guys seem to be winded by strafing in a circle. Sadly enough it seems Kimbo, Roy and I'm hoping Justin Wren seem to be in the best shape of the entire crew. |

I think it has to do with the sprint they all seem to do across or even around the ring as soon as they get in the octagon.

Marcus did a great job. On one hand I think he can go far in this thing since he has the sole attention of his team and Rampage having something to prove, on the other hand with Rampage quitting it kind of makes me think he may lose in the next round or 2. |
