... He's without a doubt one of the most overrated players of all-time. ...
Just ignore him he doesn't know what he is talking about anyway
I know a hell of alot more than you do so shut the fuck up mormon. And he also owns the all-time interception record as well. Peyton Manning is gonna shatter all those records anyways with the way he's averaging 4500 passing yards a season it seems.

LT or Little Tears has always been overrated.

As for the Broncos of 98 after Elway left, TD got hurt the next season trying to make a tackle on a Griese int. Shannon Sharpe left shortly thereafter and the rest of the defense quickly disbanded and eventually the offense got older and retired. But when Elway left the team was a division winner (in a mediocre division), but not a Super Bowl contender anymore. Elway had a mediocre team at best most of his career (offenses were ok/good, defenses mediocre was a compliment most of the time) and was pretty consistantly in the playoffs, same for Marino. I don't know if I would feel they were the greatest ever if it wasn't for that fact. Montana gets in the argument for his season with KC as far as I'm concerned the Broncos of that time and the Chiefs were essentially the same and so was the record. But that's why when anyone mentions Brady or Manning being the best ever I just roll my eyes. Like you're saying, anyone can lead a good team, but the best can take a mediocre team and go far. Farve was a good qb and I'd say after the three I mentioned and Johnny U he'd be right there, but I don't think he's better than #7, #13 or #16.

Well I have read everyone's opinion, and I have to say that I too see Marino and Elway as the best and I would put Favre with them. I don't know much about Unitas other than what has been shown in clips, but the game was very different back then. The thing that bugs me is now receivers can't be touched after 5 yds that wasn't the case for most of Marino, Elway, Favre, and Montana's years, so this hanging all over how great Brady and Manning are needs to be looked at, but I think everyone knows it and it's just NFL marketing. Don't get me wrong they are great (accuracy, students of the game, leadership) but they have always had great systems in place and Manning plays atleast 8 games or more in perfect conditions on fast turf.

Secondly, Brett isn't overrated everyone just looks at the fact that he throws so many interception and that is his style either you like it or not. I mean he is a 3 time MVP, battled close to a victory over John Elway's Broncos yet they couldn't stop the Broncos from scoring (he doesn't play defense), beat the Patriots, beat the Patriots (not a typo), led an average Pack team to the playoffs many times and beat great Niners teams, also he took a 4-12 Jets team and won 9 games before he was hurt and his should broke down. I mean it is rare to see a guy with that much touch on a ball, velocity on a pass, desire to win, and pure love of the game and that is why he is not overrated but he is top 5 all time, however you slice it.

Tony Romo and Jay Cutler = Brett Farve without the name value.

Chargers are probably done. Now we'll have to deal with either KC or the Raiders may fluke into 8-8. It's been a while.

If he retires a few more times he'll be right up there with Mark Martin and Cher.
