Yea but ya still gotta store it, rebuild it, have someone who knows how to rebuild it (not like they are just on some street corner). Then there is the high radiation signal they would put off. Not to mention smuggling piece by piece means one of them will get caught. It just kinda falls down to odds on that. And if they did manage to get it all here, by the time it took for that to happen we would know from some random source. And the hardest part would be them actually gettin the nuke. Not a lot of em out there for sale. Unless they build one (which we would know about) then probably not gonna happen. Its just not realistic. More realistic will be something like 9-11. Someone hijacks this, does that type deal. Or a suicide bomber possibly but even thats kinda hard for them to pull off. Not impossible, since thats harder to predict and prevent but still more realistic then a nuke Did anyone else get the same image of a bunch of middle eastern guys runnin across the border with a nuke over their heads and a rug over top of it

Don't they say a small nuclear bomb can be built in a package only slightly larger than a suitcase. I mean it wouldn't create the size of the blast during WWII but in a crowded city the devastation would be horrible, "Dirty Bomb" for that part KB is probably right (IMO only, I am not a nuclear physicist by any means). However, where you guys are right is that they keep such a tight watch on the Uranium and Plutonium because without that the bomb cannot compress on the material and cause fission or fusion depending on which element they are using. Except for the nukes that aren't all accounted for in the former USSR countries that Russia doesn't have documents for. That may become a problem. |

That would be the suitcase nukes and it was only a prototype by the Russians. Never was built cause it was too complex for that small of a size. But in theory and probably nowadays, yea it could. But still have to have someone to design, build, and finally get it here. So not like its as easy as smuggling drugs since, well, no one seems to care bout them anymore. |

Actually Bio-Warfare/Terrorism is much more of a concern than the Nuclear/Hydrogen bomb. |

Exactly. Much easier to smuggle and release. |

I'm confused ..... How can 2 million blacks get into Washington DC in sub-zero temps in one day when 200,000 couldn't get out of New Orleans at 85 degrees with four days notice? |
