Okay, so I'm considering getting a TV tuner with my laptop soon. Now, how does it recieve a signal and what would I be able to watch? Some of the free analog stations around here have digital channels, like channel 28 analog is channel 28.1 digital. I don't have cable TV or anything like that so is it worthwhile or not? |

My roommate had one in college actually a couple of them did and they used to plug them into the cable port to get reception. But that was really the only way we had to get tv so I'm not sure if it would work the other way but that was the only way I saw. |
