Quaker State is by far the best.

according to my nephews teacher at tech for mechanics quaker state can fuck up your engine if you use it too often

I use Pennzoil but Royal Purple is by far the best. Mobil 1 is ranked near the top too

So that's what Royal Purple is.

All I knew is they sponsored Jimmy Kite's car at Indy in 1998 and he wrecked it in every practice session and then finished 8th or something.

Amsoil. Guy I get it from uses it in his tractor pull tractor, so it is definately built for high performance engines, and it has worked really well so far in my car. Plus since it's synthetic only have to change every 15,000 miles, it's well worth the extra money.
