Burton back in the #21 at Watkins Glen Busch race: Jeff Burton, driver of the #31 Cingular Wireless Chevy in the Cup series, will be pulling double duty this weekend, piloting the #21 Reese's Chevrolet in the Zippo 200 Busch Series race at Watkins Glen International Saturday, August 13. In his two previous starts in the #21 Chevy earlier this season (Darlington and Bristol), Burton has two second-place finishes.(RCR PR)(8-9-2005) :woot: |

He had some great runs in the 99 at the Glen and Infineon, just never won. |

OK, I see your point I thought Harvick woulda been a better choice cause he's done very well on road course races (3rd place at the Glen the last time the Busch Series came) and he's in the race to the chase, too. Plus I want him to win the race in New York state :shifty: |

Actually Burton is very good at roud courses. He has ran very well at the Glen and Infenion. He just can't close the book. Statistically at Infenion it is very poor, but if you looked where he raced, it was in the top 10. For instance look at this year, he was in the top 10 the whole race until Boris Said spun him out with 20 to go. Something like that usually happens to Burton. But overall he is one of the Best Road Course regulars out there, better than Harvick. |
