Yeah....dont buy expensive imports

yea, but its the only one that comes with:
4.6L V8
Dual power and heated seats with automatic adjusable height, angle, and even lumbar support.
A front windscreen ice defroster (no more ice breakers in the winter!)
2 sunroofs
Leather seats with black seams
Locable differentials
Adjustable, self leveling suspension (the same device F1 banned because it produced too much of a driver aid)
Ability to drive through water
Not to mention the most useless feature of all.....the ability to transport the vehicle by helecopter: Posted Image

...And the ability to drive out of a driveway and street covered with snow upto the door handles (testes during last years snowstorm  )

so :P to your cheap domestics  :D

i find that hard to believe, it would be possible if there is a lot of weight towards the front of the car, but then that compromises the handling badly. I wouldnt really look at a pontiac fan board for a honest answer, after all...it is a fan board

I would wait till someone like car and driver or road and track reviews it first for a fair answer.

It's called torque steer, and it's the major limiting factor in front-drive performance cars. Despite various engineering advances, the problem persists in cars such as Acura's otherwise superb TL, which sends 270 horsepower through a six-speed manual transmission to the front wheels via a helical limited-slip differential. But in the Grand Prix GXP, with more horsepower (303 at 5600 rpm) and a lot more torque (323 pound-feet at 4400 rpm), torque steer is not a serious issue. There are hints—a little tugging when the driver cracks the throttle at low speed—but no real wrestling.

the verdict:

Lows: Hints of torque steer, hefty curb weight, high steering effort at low speed.

 why do they have to be sooo confusing..just make up thier damn minds

according to the article however, most of the torque steer was minimized due to the new Bridgestone tires...which would be a problem since it would be more difficult to find and very expensive

Yeah tires are outragous and as of now only available through dealers with the same compound. But then again its a niche vehicle so kinda comes with the terf.
