Mark, you can measure 3/16ths of an inch on any ruler. You just have to do the little dashes in between the numbers, no major deal for a NASCAR official.

, first of all, the rear quarter panels don't have much of an effect on the car's speed

The higher they are, that makes the spoiler a little higher and adds downforce to the back of the car.

hense to no pancakeing of the car

:aaron: Oh how much I want him to get a top 5, without any rules infractions, and not hit the wall.

Busch'll do okay, but I still think Kvapil will do better.

The guy that everyone (Except those that like him including me) should fear is Truex. If you don't like him, I don't think you're gonna wanna watch too much racing in 2006. This guy could go out and pull of a Stewart-esque year.

Well, like Marty Smith said, he didn't forget how to drive during the off season. Like Kasey said, others are making it work, so there's no excuse to not be top 5 week in and week out.

BTW, he has the best average finish for all active drivers at ATL. :cooljoe:

Maybe we should go get that special 3/16th's ruler and raise the right rear quarter panel.

The only drivers I don't like are Ron Hornaday, Johnny Sauter, and Jeff Green for obvious reasons. I like Truex, but there is just another car that I root for every week (the 5 car for the slow ones). I doubt any HMS drivers will be running for ROTY in 2006 so I'll probably be rooting for Truex, although he may be the only one running for ROTY. Shane Hmiel too?

After two races.

Stewart's been in the top ten every race there starting with the 2001 NAPA 500. Five of those have ended in top 5s.

Where did you ever cut me any?

Charlotte 2003, I was thrilled to death and posted so and you tried to shoot that down. You shoot everything else down, give me one reason why I shouldn't do the same to you.

Yeah and Brian was at Martinsville too, but Jr. did run 3rd.

Also don't forget Gordon hit the hole, so it was a double win for me. Kind of a payback for Bristol in 02.

And '97 and the other 68 times he's spited Rusty (And you) by taking the checkered flag.

Hey David what did u guys do during the red flag?

Sat there in the hot sun, then Josh and I went and got some drinks for the 3 of us. Wasn't much else to do, wouldn't have been so bad either if we had known what the problem was. We were on the other side of the track from the hole, and at an angle where the video screen had so much glare we couldn't tell until we heard people talking about it.

How dare you make those accusations. I would pull for Rusty over him. Besides Mayfield won Richmond and you know I can't stand him either.
