I realised that we did'nt have one, and I thought it would be good to create a helpful recruitment guide, so all know what to do. 1. You should select ONE of the following texts to recruit with.
2. You should post in the 'Recruitment coordination' thread to say that you are starting to recruit. 3. You should visit The North, The East, The West, The South or The Pacific when recruiting. (Please be very careful here, as if you forget the 'The' you will be taken to other regions which arent 'feeder regions' we can get into a lot of trouble for recruiting in these, even by accident!) 4. You should target those who have recently been founded-taking care that thay havent already moved to another region. 5. When you recruit, you should make a note of the main part of the nations name your contacting. E.G, peachydom, Zakaroo, Lamedud etc. 6. Once finished, you should then return to the Recruitment coordination thread and EDIT your last post, you should list all the nations you contacted, and say that your finished recruiting[/color].
I hope that helps everyone, any questions then please do ask |

Thank your for this great guide, Zak. I just found one point to be changed:
it should be "founded" instead of "recruited", shouldn't it? |

Everyone! All you need to recruit is in that top post! Here are some tips: 1) Use Notepad to jot down the name of the nation you TGed, then copy and paste the list into your post in the "Recruitment Coordination" thread. 2) Personally, I find TG 4 to be most effective, but others have found TG 1 to be most successful. 3) A brilliant tip: Add a personal comment. just add "P.S. I love your nation name! I'm a massive Simpsons fan myself." or something relevant to their name or whatever. But people can tell if you're clearly lying. Try and actually find something you have in common with the person. 4) When they end up in Q102, the Hospitality Minister will TG them. I urge you to stay in TG contact with nations you've recruited. It'll help them feel welcomed, and they'll have someone to ask questions and stuff. 5) You can only TG nations in the Pacifics, and only ones that have just been founded, not ones that have "arrived" from elsewhere. I hope that helps virgin recruiters. Any other questions, please ask. |

I've been sending this TG, or similar, to nations that have moved to Q102 after I've recruited them. I thought I'd post it here, in case anyone else wanted to use it. |
