For the east reference of all ministers and councillors, the new recruitment act regarding your weekly count for recruiting is located below.

It is effective immediately.

Quote:

2005.03 Recruitment Act

2005.03.01
The Immigration and Officials Councillor is to co-ordinate recruitment by councillors in a dedicated thread.

2005.03.02
Each Councillor along with the first councilperson is required to send the recruitment telegram to a minimum of ten nations in a Feeder Region (The North, The East, The South, and The West Pacific along with The Pacific) each week. The Immigration and Officials Minister is to co-ordinate the assignment of regions (where applicable)

2005.03.03
All deputy ministers/ councillors are also required to send a minimum of ten TG’s per week.

2005.03.04
Failure to carry out this and either offer an explanation as to why or offer prior notification will result in a Councillor being punishable by a three point system. Once a nation has reached the maximum three points, and still has not posted, this will be deemed failure of job, and they will lose their position in government.

2005.03.05
If a councillor fails to recruit and doesn’t meet the requirements of (2005.03.04) it will be deemed that they have failed to carry out their job and they will therefore lose their position in government.

2005.03.06
Any accusations made of false claims of recruitment are to be referred to the Supreme Court.
