marmite is poison. edible poison that disillusioned people spread on their toast instead of jam or marmalade. its very, VERY salty.

i was about to say i can't believe it hasn't reached the States, but given its evil nature i'm not surprised...hehe. i am, however, shocked to learn you've not heard of blackcurrant juice?!?!

oh, and thanks for the ice-cream....mmmmm........

I am not a big eater of sweet things so I prefer something savoury on me toast :D
I'm only slightly disillusioned and that's really only on Monday mornings.

But isn't that true that almost everyone is dissilusioned on Monday mornings?

Hmm... marmite... I like some salty things, and I have no idea what that tastes like. So I need to try it sometime. (Don't think I'm dissilusioned... ;))

Marmite can't be described, really. I'm not so much surprised it hasn't reached the States as surprised it has reached anywhere. I actually like it, but I don't know why...

Hmm... after looking it up on Wikipedia, it says that Marmite is sold in the US, but not in many supermarkets. :/

Not sold? In many supermarkets? Then that means I could have the market cornered here in the US...
