The following bill has been voted into the constitution, and applies as of now.

2005.11Breach of Neutrality
Any nation found to have commited or taken part in any of the following acts will be deemed to have breached the Free Port Act and be subject to action in the Court:

2005.11.1 Attacking or defending a non-allied region under the flag of Q102.

2005.11.2 Membership of the army or other forces of another region with a UN nation in Q102. If found to be a member the nation in question must resign their Q102 nation from the UN within 48 hours.

2005.11.3 Giving out private information about a mediation confence or information considered sensitive by the Government of Q102 without authorisation from an appropriate authority.

2005.11.4 Any nation holding an official post in Q102, including but not limited to, Minister, Senators, Ambassadors, found to have commited or taken part in any of the following acts will be deemed to have breached the Free Port Act and be subject to action in the Court:
2005.11.4.1 Declaring support for another region in any inter-regional dispute or any internal dispute in another region.
2005.11.4.2 Incitement to member nations of Q102 to breach the Free Port Act and associated laws.

2005.11.5 In addition to the specific legal offences detailed above, nations are hereby forbidden from holding high office simultaneously in Q102 and in any other region (including allied regions) that do not have a publically stated position of neutrality. High office is defined as Government posts or command positions in defence forces. Ambassadorships are hereby specifically excluded from this legislation. The status of other or unforseen positions are to be determined by test cases before the Court and placed in an addendum to this law.
