Name: Lucien Wiccen Sr. Known to everyone as the Witch King. Birth Date: August 13, 1022 Physical Description: The Witch King stands at 5'2" and weighs about 100lbs. His skin is ashen pale and his hair is a reflective black. He dresses in gray business wear and looks very professional at all times. The only thing about him that really seems odd are his vibrant purple eyes. His features are soft and inviting making you think of a trustworthy person. He looks to be in his late thirties. Job: Leader of the Third Eye Gang. Equipment: Lucien has a few magical trinkets such as a pair of sunglasses that makes his face hard to remember. The function behind the glasses is a glamor that makes people forgetful of his actual appearance making people think of a very generic and average person without any distinguishing features. He also has a key in his pocket that will magically open any simple locks. Powers: Lucien is capable of magic that most would think impossible. This is not through genetics but through study and training that he is able to cast a fireball with a flick of his wrist that destroys half a block. Running water can cause his powers to be diminished, such as if it is raining, a dampening of about 40%. Illusions and even teleportation are simple parlor tricks to the Witch King and he does his best to use magic in the most subtle of ways. *-The Witch King does not age but is still affected by time, however he has found a way around this. Lucien is able to siphon off the life force of a living creature nearby, within a few inches, and sustain himself on that energy. A grown man completely drained of life force sustains him for about thirty years, he prefers newborns as one will sustain him for nigh on a hundred years. He can also use this ability to heal damage done to himself, an equal amount of life force for the damage done, such as a grown man could allow him to heal a fatal wound. The subjects of this ability die if he drains away all of their energies, as he often does. *-The Witch King has used rituals and dark magics to make himself more physically powerful. He is able to lift near a ton of weight with either hand. He is also resistant enough to damage to ignore small arms fire. Skills: Arcane Knowledge: There is little that the Witch King doesn't know about magiks. Etiquette: The Witch King is a very polite man. Magical Creativity: The Witch King will often weaves spells in a way that makes them difficult to dispel. Personality: The Witch King wishes to rule the world. It's really that simple. He is not a cruel man though he only tolerates failure once, he is a very polite man that inspires loyalty from his followers in an almost fanatical sense. He believes that the world is far too chaotic and needs someone like himself to put it to order and make it a world of Honor. Past: Not too much is known about the Witch King. He tells that his village in Germany had been plagued by marauders and was saved by a wanderer, at the time the Witch King was only a boy but he begged the wanderer to teach him to be strong to protect his people. Grudgingly the man agreed and the Witch King learned that the man was a sorcerer, a wielder of tremendous magical power. He trained diligently for years and years amassing more power and knowledge than even his mentor as his hunger for it was insatiable. He returned to his village after all these years to find that little had changed, even the marauding had returned. Using his new knowledge and power the Witch King saved his village but was looked upon with fear and distrust, yet he did not look upon this in anger or hatred. He accepted that his power was terrifying to some so he left and continued learning, after an event that he will not reveal he decided that the world needed a leader. Someone to bring them out of the darkness and truly into the light. Since that time he has traveled the world and sired hundreds of children all exhibiting fantastic power, though not necessarily magical, and most never know their father. The Witch King created the Third Eye Gang more as a side project than anything and thinks of them as misguided children just looking for the light. His existence is unknown to the Silver Shield and to the other gangs as well as to most if not all of the criminal world. None of them know his real name. |
