Not too shabby Posts: 306 Group: Admin Member #3 Joined: February 10, 2007	Name: Karen Lucille "Lucy" Havelock, aka Thor. Call it Loki's idea of a joke. The SSTC is a little more accommodating and ave her the codename Amazon. Birth Date: June 18, 1993. Physical Description: Lucy is tall and strong; one might even say Amazonian. She is 6' tall and weighs 160 pounds, with a Wonder Woman body. Her hair is blond and straight, and falls halfway down her back, but it is voluminous and gives her the illusion of supermodel hair when its allowed to fall naturally about her face; she usually keeps it tied back in a ponytail, but even then she manages to make it look glamorous somehow. Her eyes are large and a brilliant blue that is very rare among natural colors. Her skin is fair but tans easily and without freckling. In short, she's one of those beautiful people who make anything look good. Her costume is a mixture of leather and chain mail, the leather stained blue and the chain mail only polished enough to gleam. Job: Student. Equipment: Lucy possesses Mjolnir, a hammer that is a massive maul. The handle is four feet long and wrapped in leather with a loop at the base for her to grip when she throws it. The head is massive, one foot by one foot square at one side and the other a foot-long spike. The head is engraved with a thunderbolt in the center on both sides, where the handle connects with the head. Mjolnir is the source of all of Lucy's weather based powers, and like the rest of the Asgardians her weather powers slowly fade over several weeks if Mjolnir is taken from her. Mjolnir, when thrown, will disappear after impact and reappear in her hand; it can be caught or taken from her, but it will grant control over the weather to no one but her. When she is not wielding it, it takes the form of a golden pendant she wears around her neck. Powers: Super-strength. Thor was known as the strongest god of Asgard, and Lucy certainly helps maintain that myth. She can lift 50 tons over her head with ease, and she can take a blow from a tank shell without harm. -Lucy can lift 75 tons over her head -Lucy can lift 100 tons over her head -Lucy can take a patriot missile without harm -Lucy can take a fall from sub-orbital altitude without harm -Lucy can lift 125 tons over her head Flight. Lucy can fly and hover with perfect maneuverability, at speeds up to 250 miles an hour. -Lucy can fly at speeds up to 500 mph -Lucy can fly at speeds up to 750 mph Weather control. Mjolnir gives Lucy the ability to control the weather in a localized radius of up to one mile. She can create any weather pattern she wants, but the time it takes depends on the current weather and climate. (She could make it snow in the tropics, but it would take her an hour or more to do, while turning thick clouds or light rain into a thunderstorm takes only a few minutes.) -Lucy can direct winds up to hurricane force at specific targets -Lucy can direct how lightning strikes while manipulating the weather -Lucy can control the weather in a 5 mile radius Skills: Persuasion~ She's not really sure how she does it, but people are just more likely to do what Lucy asks them to do. Intimidation~ Same as above, except she doesn't know why she's so scary when she's angry. Crack Shot~ It's just a natural talent; Lucy has incredible aim. Personality: Lucy is quiet and shy, and strangely enough for someone who looks like she does, she is a bit socially awkward. She honestly doesn't realize she's pretty, and feels uncomfortable when people stare at her. She won't admit it to anyone, but she's bisexual and feels out of place because of this. While she wants to do more to help the world, she really only joined the SSTC because she has a crush on Spider and feels a little guilty about the whole situation. Past: Lucy had a pretty normal life. She did a few years of ballet and cheerleading before getting tired of both, she got mostly B's in school, and generally was n unknown until the Reboot. That summer she went on vacation with her parents and practically transformed from the bland girl she was into what she is now. She didn't understand the change that had come over her, as she had seen herself every day in the mirror and didn't notice the changes that had taken place over time. She did notice the super-strength and the flight, and because she hadn't been in an isolated area when she discovered she had those powers word started to get around. Lucy figured people stared at her because she was a protochild and became a little more insular. She joined the SSTC because her friend Jackie had joined, and shortly afterwards she was visited by a masked man calling himself Loki. Loki didn't say much, just launghed, handed her a pendant and disappeared. Lucy put the amulet on and suddenly found her mind flooded with bits of Thor's memories, and she was suddenly wearing armor and holding a massive hammer. When the shock wore off Loki reappeared and told her the truth. Thor was the only god of Asgard to die with the spread of Christianity but much of his power was left in Mjolnir and his spirit occasionally was reborn as a mortal over the years. Lucy was just the current incarnation, and Mjolnir would grant its true power only to her. Accepting Mjolnir meant she would have to respond to Asgard's call when it came, but in the meantime she was free to do as she pleased. Loki was tempted to just leave her be, but his sense of irony wouldn't let him leave the situation alone. Imagine: The manliest god of all reborn as a beautiful woman!
