Name: The People's Hammer (Nicolae Trotsky) Birth Date: April 23, 1978 Physical Description: People's Hammer is about 6'1 and 225 pounds. His body is well defined as he keeps a regular weekly work out schedule. His hair is brown and short . . and kept around the ears. He is always clean shaven. When fighting crime He wears old style Red Army Attire when out fighting crime. He also wears black gloves to make sure he doesn't leave finger prints on anything he picks up for a weapon. He wears normal casual attire when not fighting crime. Job: Nicolae Trotsky works for an underground left wing magazine called "Unity". It is not known that he and The People's Hammer are the same people.. but he is obviously the People's Hammer biggest supporter. Equipment: He always carries his sickle and hammer with him. At times he may have also be equipped with smoke gernades and a taser to zap those who try to run away from him. His boots are steel toed for more kicking damage as well. Powers: The only power he seems to have is moderate rejuvenation ability. It seems he may of been borned with this. He can heal anything non-lethal but it isn't Wolverine style. If he takes a bullet in the head.. he isn't rejuvenating anything he is dead. The amount of time to heal depends on seriousness of the injury. Broken, Shattered and ruptured body parts may take hours while non lethal bullet shots, stab wounds etc. will take minutes. He can not regrow body parts. If he loses a leg, either that leg gets reattached or it's gone.Other that that though he has above average strength, above average dexterity but his hand to hand and weapon combat might be his strengths. Skills: The People's Hammer reads several newspapers a day so he is well informed about everything that goes on in the city and beyond it. He is very good at "Interrogation" and can get a villian screaming information in a matter of minutes. He's an intimidating figure his violent way of dealing with crime well known and feared by the underworld . . and even some in the Silver Shield (He is a rogue). Anything in his hands weather it be the hammer and sickle, a wrench, a brick, a empty glass bottle he can use effectivily and dangerously. Due to his great strength he rarely tires and he can chase after a foe for miles. Personality: He is a hardcore Communist. He believes in Authoritian Communism and although he admits Stalin and Mao are flawed he also belives they made very good points and attempts. His non super hero perosnality gets along well with fellow hard core leftists and especially people for the mag he works at. He does not at all get along with the Silver Shield however. In fact there has been times the Silver Shield has given orders to "arrest on sight" but so far has not. He prefers to work alone and he works a rigid schedule. He super heros six days a week (Mondays he doesn't work at the mag or does anything super heroy). The "villians" he encounter he detests as he believes only harsh brutal penalties (Sometimes even death) is the only way to deter them from future actions and he will do so furiously, quickly, and without remorse. The People's Hammer prides himself on his viciousness and makes no apologies for it pointing out "The only thing Stalin ever regretted . . was not killing all of his enemies". Past: The People's Hammer was born somewhere in the Eastern Bloc in 1978. Sadly due to bad record keeping it isn't exactly known where. It is known though he was adopted by Leecha and Gretchen Trotsky in 1981 before they defected to the West. Leecha had to flee as he was regarded a dangerous radical by the E. German government and all points of his life was being bugged by the Statsi. that alone makes it remarking he along with his whole family successfully defected which leads to much debate and discussion over the years. As he grew up . . Nicolae became interested in his past and began to look up and read up more on the Eastern Bloc, Stalinin, Leninism, Marxism, The Stasi of East Germany and to his parents dismay . . he actually liked what he found. Despite his parent's best tries they couldn't shake from him the desire to bring back Authoritian Communism. He would however bow to their wishes and attend college . . getting a Bachelor's in political science. It would be a few years after this educational achievement he would dream up the People's Hammer . . using the ideal of the superhero to bring communism back . . and also quelch those he considered "unproductive" to society . . as anyone who purposely was unproductive served no purpose. His moderate rejuvenation ability was very helpful in the most heated of battles. He did like all others lose this power during the crash. He found out the hard way when he took a knife stabbing that would normally heal in a matter of minutes . . . he ended up having to go to the hospital using being mugged by a "Radical Right Wingnut" enemy of his newspaper as an alibi. Fortunately he regain this power two years later once again learning the hard way he earned it (Surprisingly enough by being stabbed a second time . . it healed in he knew he had the power back). About the same time he became a superhero he also earned his job at the Unity mag which gave him decent pay but also lots of free hours . . . hours spent being the People's Hammer. I could see this working, but how long does it take him to heal and how did the crash and reboot effect him? |

Move the crash/reboot info to his past. Also, his abilitiy with weapons seems more like a skill then a power, so move it into skills. |
