Name: Matt Smith; Taurus.

Birth Date: November 5, 1975.

Physical Description: Taurus stands at 7'3" weighs 278 lbs. His hair is black and his skin is pale, his angular face often has a bit of stubble on it. His frame is muscular and he often wears a form fitting outfit in shades of brown or a white button up shirt and khaki pants with a long coat over it and a hat. Taurus has a tail just long enough to wrap around his body with a tuft of black hair at the end and a pair of small horns easily concealed by his hat sprout from his forehead.

Job: Construction.

Equipment: I.D.

Powers: Matt can lift twenty tons over his head and ignore the force of 3.5 times the force of a tank shell. He is also as immovable as something with ten times the mass as himself.
-Matt can lift forty tons over his head.
-Matt can ignore a patriot missile.
-Matt is as immovable as something with twenty times the mass as himself.
-Matt is as immovable as something with thirty times the mass as himself.
-Matt is as immovable as something with forty times the mass as himself.

*-Matt is totally impervious to all harm as long as he is charging, the only way to stop his charge is to disrupt his movement and thus stop his momentum. When charging he doesn't seem to be affected by the velocity of his movement, which although isn't much more than normal it means that he can see where he's going rather easily.

Skills: Stealth-Matt is unbelievably unnoticeable when he wants to be.
Heavy Hitter-Though he doesn't fight well Matt manages to hit much harder than you would think.
Endurance-Matt just keeps going and going.

Personality: Matt is a rather friendly guy and hates to fight, which is why he usually runs away from the Silver Shield when they come to apprehend him for robbing a bank. Matt is a severe kleptomaniac, so much so that he has prescribed medication and has been institutionalized several times for it. He's pretty sensitive about the fact that he usually gets taken down so easily by the Silver Shield and when coupled with his temper can lead to a very bad situation very quickly.

Past: Matt was born to a very rich and influential family, which is how he has avoided prison so often. Matt had always felt a need to take things, hoard them away somewhere where no one could take it, however he always ignored it but it became harder when his powers manifested at seven and then just got harder and harder. When he hit twenty it was like something in his head went snap and he began to steal things at a rather alarming pace and eventually moved up the ladder of valuables until he hit banks. Matt had been taken down several times by the Silver Shield before the Crash and after the Crash it seemed like he could finally get a hold of his kleptomania. He made it to all of his therapy sessions and was making so much progress that his therapist was considering cutting back on his medication.

However the Reboot ruined all of that. It seemed like with his powers restored Matt's kleptomania reached new heights. He couldn't control himself and the medication only helped for a short period, his family's lawyers convincing courts that it was indeed helping despite his many relapses. He is currently in the Silver Shield database as a high power level but low threat level.

Cool, Approved.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
