Name: Henry James Lexington III, Code-named Bullet. Everyone just calls him Twitch. Birth Date: April 13, 1993. Physical Description: Twitch is a mousy kid with a curly brown mop-top and big, brown doe eyes. He has a fair complexion with lots of freckles, and he almost always has a big, goofy grin on his face. His clothes always look too big on him because he's so skinny and tall at 5'10 and barely 120 pounds. Twitch is always dressed in designer clothes, although he doesn't seem to have much fashion sense and seems to just throw on whatever bright colors happen to catch his eye when he's dressing. His costume, designed by the Silver Shield, is a very light blue with white gloves, boots, and belt, along with a white wrap-around mask over his eyes. Job: Student with a weekend job as a pizza delivery boy. Equipment: Twitch has a special costume he wears under his clothes that is an almost frictionless material. This allows him to move at high speeds without burning straight through his clothes. The suit includes a special pair of shoes made of an experimental material that was originally designed to coat the hulls of space shuttles. Powers: Super speed. Twitch can move at the speed of sound, and he has the reflexes needed to react to his environment and turn corners at high speeds. Because of physical laws, he can impact things moving slower than him without damage to himself, but running into something can slow him down or even stop him in his tracks if it's durable enough to not get smashed from the impact (I.e., he can punch things at super-speed without causing his skeleton to become a fine powder, but any sort of impact slows him down slightly). He can also run across water and other liquid surfaces so long as he is moving fast enough to keep from breaking the surface tension under his feet. Twitch's powers partially rely on his metabolism, however, and in order to use his powers he has to consume enormous quantities of sugar and caffeine. He doesn't become sluggish and unresponsive when he hasn't had enough sugar, nor does he need to keep eating vast amounts of calories to stay alive, but he can't run at super speed either. -Twitch can move at mach 3. -Twitch can move at mach 5. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 5000 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 7500 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 10,000 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 12,500 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 15,000 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 17,500 mph. -Twitch can move at speeds up to 20,000 mph. -Twitch is unaffected by poisons and drugs so long as there is enough sugar or caffeine in his system to power his super-speed, as his metabolism kicks into high gear and burns them of before they become a problem. *Twitch has gained a form of superstrength only available to him while he's moving at superspeed. This allows him to pick up and move with objects up to 2 tons in weight so long as he's using his superspeed. -Twitch can lift up to 5 tons while moving at superspeed Skills: Stupid Looking~ Twitch looks dumb, so people sometimes talk in front of him about secret things, thinking he'll either forget them immediately or that he's too stupid to understand. Iron Stomach~ Normally the amounts of caffeine and sugar he imbibes would tie someone's digestive tract into knots. Twitch seems to have an un-knot-able stomach. Math Whiz~ Twitch is amazing with numbers, so long as you can keep him focused. Infiltrator~ Super-speed aside, Twitch has an uncanny ability to get into places he shouldn't be able to enter. Personality: Twitch is a nice kid, but he has serious ADD. He gets bored easily and about the only things that can hold him riveted for any amount of time are manga, books and Scooby Doo. He can't read very well because he's mildly dyslexic, and his ADD hampers his ability to overcome the dylexia; he's very sensitive about not reading well and gets very upset when people make mention of it. Still, for the most part he's happy-go-lucky and eager to please, and he's not terribly annoying. Past: Twitch was born into a well-off and well-to-do family, going to private schools and receiving basic medication to control his ADD. He tried to work through his problems and even though some areas of his schoolwork suffered he made up for the lack in other areas. He never did have many friends, though, and spent most of his time buried in a book struggling to get past the difficult parts. The Reboot caused Twitch some problems. His powers first kicked in after an ice-cream party, and withing seconds he had burned through a 24-hour dosage of Ritalin. Since sugar in any form could kickstart his powers, his parents couldn't just cut him off and let things be; instead, they enrolled him in the SSTC as soon as it was available and so far the SSTC has helped things stay under control.
