Not too shabby

Name: Harris Lee, "Scanner". He refers to himself sometimes as 'Teh 0v3rl0rd', but Garrett usually smacks him for doing so. Birth Date: April 13, 1995. Physical Description: Harris is short and kinda chubby. His features strongly represent his Japanese heritage from his mother's side, with a round face, slanted eyes, and pale tan skin with straight black hair. He's a t-shirt and shorts kind of kid, only opting for long pants when it's snowing out, and his shirts almost always have some sort of l337/gamer in-joke on them. Job: Student. Equipment: A cell phone with e-mail and gps capability. Powers: Technokinesis. Harris has the ability to mentally control any piece of technology at least as complicated as an internal combustion engine. (This means that yes, he can sit on the hood of a car and drive it with his mind.) Harris has to either be touching the technology in question or otherwise have some sort of connection to it in order to use his powers (he can control computers across the world through the internet from his PC at home or through his cell phone, for example, but he would have to actually be at a computer in a closed system to affect anything in said system). Skills: Strategist~ Though he's never been to any formal school for tactics, he's got a lot of hands-on experience playing strategy games online against other people, and he's good at applying that to the real world. (FYI, he will make your computer explode if you so much as even think of a Zerg rush...) Quick Thinking~ messing around with computers doesn't allow for you to be slow in the head. On the Ball~ Harris keeps up with all the latest tech stuff. Personality: Harris is a brainy kid who talks like everyone should know what he knows. He often confuses people when he gets into tech talk and frequently gets frustrated when he has to slow down and explain things in layman's terms. He's an all right kid otherwise, and he can be pretty cool so long as you can keep up with him. Past: Harris is a kid who manifested his powers early and was picked up pretty early by the Silver Shield after they caught him rummaging around in their systems. After two failed attempts by both the Judge and Tobor to bring hi in they realized his powers extended to all technology and not just computers, and Garrett was sent to recruit him into the SSTC. |
