The Third Eye The Third Eye is a gang of magically talented people who are determined to take what they want from whomever they want. All in all they're pretty harmless since most of the member's magical talent is extremely limited as they can create a flash of light or see through basic illusions at best. Though given time a group of three or more could do serious damage and be quite a serious problem. This isn't generally a problem since the members are loners through and through and have a hard time working together for that long without arguing. It's rumored that there is a deeper plot to the Third Eye, that their leader is planning world domination, but since their leader has never been seen no one knows the validity of these rumors. The Third Eye is identified by a tattoo of an eye on their right palm. The Nine Pieces The Nine Pieces is a gang almost completely composed of those of Asian descent. All of their members are at least adept at martial arts if not highly skilled. It has been known that they have Protochildren among their ranks, adding their powers to their own fighting skills. It has also been made known that some have the ability to use their chi for devastating affects. The extent of this is unknown. The Nine Pieces are identified by a tattoo of a golden coin on their left shoulder. The Silver Dragons The Silver Dragons have been around for as long as anyone can remember. Their only goal seems to be gang dominance, which they had before the Protogen came along and regained during the Crash. Every Silver Dragon is vicious and blood thirsty, most being known as cop killers. They probably have the highest amount of Protochildren in their ranks next to Protogen. Though they have a similar amount of normal people, making them the largest gang in Silver City. The Silver Dragons remain dominant to the Nine Pieces and Third Eye because of both determination and numbers, but they cannot compete with the strategy of Protogen, forcing them to take a back seat to them. The Silver Dragons are recognized by leather jackets with silver dragons embroidered into the back. Protogen Protogen was a powerful gang known for being composed of almost entirely Protochildren. Though not a violent gang they had been involved in a territory dispute over the years and have been known to make a lasting impression. After the Crash Protogen lost its foothold as the most powerful group in Silver City and was all but eradicated. Since the Reboot it has been rebuilding its numbers and has become far less passive in its dealings with other gangs, or even the law. The members of Protogen can always be identified by a triple helix tattoo somewhere on their body, some people have theirs in a place that it could not be easily seen. Technos The Technos are a gang of cyborgs and technologically advanced people. They are immediately identified by the cybernetic ehancements or the high grade tech they carry around. Police aren't exactly certain where these people are getting this tech but they do know that the low level members have simple weapons, though still rather advanced compared to what the police are carrying, and the higher ranking members get progressively more and more robot-like. It's very rare for a Protochild to be one of it's members, unless it's particular power is enhanced intelligence. Though their members are known for high intelligence they still have tendencies to do really stupid things. The Technos are almost constantly in a territory battle with the Third Eyes simply because they disagree on the key to power.
