Use the Mod CP, located near your username, when moving and closing files, this ensures that everything works the way it's supposed to and that when things are moved they are moved without difficulty. I also must remind moderators to make sure they close topics before they move them anywhere, I know it doesn't happen often but it does happen often enough for me to have to mention it.
