I would think this would be a pretty obvious.

This isn't actually seperate from the other districts but more like an area spread over the other districts.

This district is for the massive amounts of warehouses the city requires.

This is where the docks are located. Most of the shipping in Silver City is done over the water not on planes.

Everything outside of Silver City.

This is literally anywhere in the universe that isn't Earth.
