I will interview: The admins first Then the super mods Then the mods Then the Game Staff Then the Donators Then the members I will do an interview possibly every week or every two weeks. I will interview the admins both at the beginning. |

I think you shouldn't do it systematically, change it up a few times. You don't need to interview them according to thhe heirarchy. Just interview at random. |
