I have tons of EV Trained Pokemon. I'll showcase a few of them here.
Working up an Adament Gyarados.....it's shaping up to be quite deadly so far!

Lvl.33 Gyarados
Adament (+Atk / -Spc.Atk)
Ability: Intimidate (Lower opponent's attack)
Attached Item: Life Orb
- Dragon Rage (Will be replaced with Dragon Dance)
- Earthquake [FINAL]
- Ice Fang [FINAL]
- Bite (Will be replaced with Aqua Tail)

Definetely a Gyarados with HIGH potential to sweep teams. Dragon Dance to boost Atk & Speed (Both of which I'm maxing out EVs), then go all out with offense! Life Orb + Dragon Dance + Naturally HIGH Attack = Pokemon liquified to a puddle of mush!

Lvl. 30 Steelix
Adament (+Atk / -Spc.Atk)
Ability: Sturdy (Prevents OHKOs)
Attached Item: Leftovers
- Rock Polish [FINAL]
- Earthquake [FINAL]
- Rock Throw (Will be replaced with Stone Edge)
- Harden (Will be replaced with Crunch or Thunder Fang)

After a single Rock Polish, he should have an acceptable speed to outrun most of the competetion. (Except something like Weavile or Alakazam with a GOD-Like Speed....but with his resistances to both Pokes it won't really matter as they can't damage him much.) Not to mention the Speed Boost could give him a chance to take out a Fire Type & Water Type with Earthquake & Thunder Fang! Stone Edge is for those fliers who think they are safe from Earthquake.

you coukld for gyara have a bulky one where it would be offensive yet defensively protected

and the item would be leftovers

and stone edge over ice fang
then waterfall over aqua tail

but if you want the one you already have then that's ok.
