Yep, I thought that I'd make a thread like this, 'cuz te old one is locked, and I want to know if anyone likes the same movies as I do. : P My absolutely favourite (and the best movie on earth) is Terminator 2. The story is good and the characters are awesome, and the ending's so sad. The atmosphere is just perfect, and the music simply owns. AND the special effects are better than in most of the new films, they look real, for example metal really looks like metal, but in all new movies which use all hi-tech effects, metal looks like plastic. T-1000 was creepy, wasn't it?  I think that T2 is the only movie that almost made me cry in the end. (yeah, I know, I'm weird) Terminator 3 sucked, because ruined the meaning and idea of the 2nd film, so I just ignore it. Hasta la vista, baby. My second favs are the X-Men movies, mostly the first one. Usually, in movies/books, I usually like the not-so-good good guys, and so my fav character is Wolverine, because he hates all the other X-men (especially Scott, I hate him too). Wolverine's claws are cool. :mmhmm: I like the idea of the mutant "problem", and I think the way the "normal" people react in the movies is exactly how they'd react in real life.
