It was official: Belle was never going to be allowed to talk to boys. No almost three year old little girl should be this excited about a wedding. As soon as Ella had gotten an invitation to her friend Emery's wedding and informed him, and Belle, that they were going, Belle could not stop bouncing. Brad would have understood if she would have been excited about going out in general but that wasn't the case. She was happy about the wedding, the fact that it was a wedding, and that she would get to see a 'happy eva' affer' like the Disney and princess movies she was so fond of. What kind of little girl thought like that? More importantly, who would have ever thought that a child born of her birth mother's genes would have believed that. Miracles did happen. Annabelle was also very much trying to declare her 'independence'; she wanted to sit in her own chair. She sat to his left in a pink dress, in the middle of himself and Els who was holding a not so happy Jett in her lap. The teddy bear helped, at least and besides- Belle seemed to have about enough happiness for all of them right now. She was animatedly chatting to him about how pretty everything was, the flowers and the colors in half words and sometimes a slurred babble everyone once in a while but she was definitely already talking. And it was going to be a pain to shut her up, but until the ceremony began he didn't have to worry about it. Glancing over at Ella with a deep breath, he returned the smile, wiggling Jett's toes briefly before he returned his attention back to his ever chatty oldest daughter. Who was not going to be allowed to talk to boys. For fear of her coming back one day after a play date 'married'. Weddings. Happiness was almost contagious at them. Shawn smiled at Emery. "This'll be good for you, Em." He wasn't surprised she was getting married. It was more the person she was marrying. "You know, I always thought it'd be you and Bentley. You know, the way you loved him. But you guys were so young, and he was such a damn trouble maker." He laughed at that thought. Jayden and Em were all for the parties. That was the major way that Em had grown up. She was clean, or so she looked so. He wasn't sure what had happened with Jayden. But for Em? It had taken a turn for the better by the looks of it. |

Well, this amused Selena greatly. Of all the places in the world, it had to Italy. What's so great about Italy anyway? Well she doesn't really know since she was stuck in one place for all her life. When she learned about Emery's wedding, she was very happy, ecstatic even. But the location? Not so much. Still, she had to send her best wishes for Emery and had to get over the little fear of being capture. Besides, today was Emery and her soon-to-be husband, Peter's day and she was not going to dampen to mood with her snarky and sarcastic remarks...just for today. Surprisingly she was alone; she didn't want to bother Lucan and Evelynn and Logan was at Qudditch practice (Although she thinks that weddings weren't really his scene). She tugged at the end of her dress (courtesy of Evelynn) trying to make the end of the dress longer. She felt naked being exposed like this but she was glad that she knew no one attending the wedding. She placed a strand of her curly blonde hair behind her ear and sat down at the rows for the bride. She almost stumbled because of the high heels (also courtesy of Evelynn) but she practice before she came her. With a small smile, she pulled out her trusty camera and waited for the wedding to begin. |

"I don't want excuses, Charlie, I want solutions. I want the models ready to go when the photographer gets there, I want them in the sweetest disposition possible, I want rainbows and unicorns and butterflies for God's sake, I want everybody to get along. So far, you have not been providing that for me, and me saying I'm irritated would be a tad bit of an understatement." Olympia had a lot to balance out in her life. She was working from home while taking care of her one month old son by herself she just didn't have patience for anything much more. But, she could do it. She went the last couple of years without sleep while she worked on her degree in both fashion design and management, so she could do this right now. But, of course, Achilles came first so she did most of her work when he was sleeping. She herself hadn't slept properly in a while, but was she going to let that show? Never. She was here at her friend Emery's wedding in beautiful and romantic Italy wearing a stunningly (if she did say so herself) gorgeous purple dress, designed by her of course to try hide her baby fat (and allow quick access for when Achilles needed feeding) with her son in her arms, while she was escorted in by an equally stunningly gorgeous Irish man by the name of Ian O'Connell. Problem was she had her bluetooth on so it looked like she was talking to mid-air, but she had long grown accustomed to the repercussions of using one. Besides, it was extremely helpful; she had no extra hands to be throwing around. "This is your job Charlie, either you do it right or don't do it all, because I'm in no mood for incompetence. Ah, ah, ah- excuses again. I don't want to hear them. I'm going to hang up on you now, I'm at a wedding with my son and a deliciously sexy Irishman," she continued to argue, rolling her eyes at her annoying employee talking in her ear before she winked affectionately at Ian. "And I better have the prints at my door, in that lovely black envelope by the time I arrive home. Okay? Ciao darling." Well, when in Rome...or in the same country that Rome resided in. She brought a hand to her bluetooth, pulling it out of her ear and putting it into her magically expanded matching hand-bag as she directed them to a seat in the bride's side, at the edge of a row in case she needed to make a quick escape if Achilles woke up. She had everything she needed in there, which actually at that moment was full of baby related things. Diapers, pacifiers, a carrier, etc. Of course, Olympia planned it out so she could arrive while Achilles was sleeping so he didn't disrupt the ceremony. She would put him in his carrier later or a sling (which she was reluctant to use because she was paranoid about it), but at that moment, she was content with cradling him in one arm. Turning to Ian, she grinned, "I can't believe you agreed to be stuck with me." She was of course immensely grateful, Ian was really just a sweetie. Attending a wedding with just a friend, who was carrying about her barely born son? Yes, he was definitely a gentleman even if he tried to deny it. Edited by Olympia Dunbarton, Oct 23 2010, 09:47 PM.

Lena's beamed when Juls mentioned a bachelorette party. "I think we all need that, a night out just for us." That would definitely be nice. What Lena needed more though was for this little guy to come out already. How she managed to survive these past 8 months, she didn't quite know. She then laughed at the thought of them passed out at Mist's flat. "Well that would definitely be a sight to see." Her smile faded a bit as Em began to ramble on. She found out from past experiences that it was best to not interfer until she was done rambling. "You seriously need to. All you need to worry about is not tripping down the aisle, and that's basically all. That and where the heck is Jake." Leave it to her brother to be missing in action. |

Was it reasonable to be as nervous as she was? Every few minutes, Emery would glance up at a clock on the wall, silently counting down how long it'd be until the wedding started in her head. She was probably driving herself insane, imagining every possible outcome as she waited. It was almost time. A few more people, and it'd be time. Time to walk outside. Time to walk down that aisle and meet Peter on the other end. Was it just her or was the room spinning again? As Abi ran over and started hugging people, Em had to grin. It was probably strange that, of all people, she'd asked Abi Noel-Carter to be her wedding planner, but... hey, her brother was probably one of the most awesome people alive, so she'd figured it ran in the family. Now, Em had yet to meet the other two Faye boys, but quite frankly Abi was awesome - even as an Auror. They'd only been planning for a few months, but they'd become quick friends, and she had to say that she was the most grateful person in the world for everything she'd done for her. "Abi, hey!" The hug was returned, and Em bounced back on her feet, grin wide. "Oh, thank you so much! Honestly, I don't have any idea how horrible this would be without you. Actually, I really don't even want to know. You are the world's biggest life saver. Ever." She was hugging her again, a slight squeal at the end before she pulled away. "Thank you! Again! I mean... God, just... thank you. You've done so much to help me get this all set up and done and perfect and it's beautiful..." She was rambling again. Poor Shawn was still so stuck in the past. Sure, it'd been eight years or so, but still. Her and Jayden? Married? Right. Everyone knew that Jayden and monogamy were words that just didn't go together. Then she just laughed. She really wasn't still bitter at all anymore. It was funny how much her daughter, just knowing that she was having a child with the man she loved, managed to heal that past hurt. Well, it was probably that, and the knowledge that she'd cheated on Peter, so she kind of deserved Jay cheating... "That was a long time ago..." She nodded her head then, taking that chance to reminisce. Seventeen, crazy, and in love. At this point, she honestly could say that she didn't miss it. She still loved Jayden, yes, and that would absolutely never change - 'love never fades,' right? - but she wasn't in love with him anymore. He wasn't the reason she lived anymore. He wasn't her oxygen, her only source of life. Em was her own woman now, free and independent to live her life, with her soon-to-be husband at her side. The way life was supposed to be. "And you know as well as I do that I was just as much a troublemaker as he was." Good times. Em peeked out the window to see more people outside and let out a sigh of relief. Okay, good. There were people. They weren't alone. That meant it was even closer. She was grinning again. Until Elena mentioned Jake, and panic filled her features. "He's not here yet?!" She'd been thinking he was somewhere with the guys or something, just talking until it was time to get started. "Like, not at all? Oh hell... The wedding is going to start soon and he's not even here. What the hell am I going to do, walk myself down the aisle? Rian can't be the best man! And where the hell is Jayden?" Deep breath. "Okay. Okay. I'm calm. I think." |

"...No, seriously, I need it back. It's partially why I let you come along. Though it's weird to be part of this whole...whatever Alice called it." He looked at her pointedly and raised his eyebrow. He obviously knew what she'd called it, and what the definition was, but he was being difficult. Her arm was looped with his and she swung it merrily, brushing off his comment. Kaine trailed behind them, taller, with his hands in his pockets. Jake hadn't meant to arrive so late, but Alice had shown up at the Den and needed to get dressed there, then they had to get Kaine, who, while waiting for them, had trailed off somewhere in Diagon and... it'd just been annoying looking for him after Alice had taken ages to get dressed. They were both pretty much divas. But it wasn't their day, and Jake complained relentlessly about it. Kaine had just nodded and Jake suspected he'd stopped paying attention long before, Alice was trying, as Jake had been, to be difficult. Though with her, it wasn't annoying. She was too playful and sweet for that to happen. He grimaced remembering that she was with Blair, and then sighed. Some things were just completely unexplainable. Not at all like Peter and Emery. In terms of them... well, Jake had known that Em would have wanted him to keep an eye on everything that had happened the night before, but he'd somehow just ended up drinking too much and then waking up with a raging headache. Alice had gotten fed up with his complaints and made him a tonic that morning. That probably was what had taken so much time. But Jake would, obviously, never blame himself when he had two willing scapegoats. Kaine was decent, Jake knew. He'd spent the better part of two months with the guy, and learned a lot about him. Though Jake had been trying to achieve something, Kaine had figured out what and kept him from it. He couldn't have been too upset, because a big part of him knew that it wasn't something incredibly good to try and achieve. It was just... a weird time. Finally, Alice and Jake crossed the threshold into the hall, and turned to watch Kaine and his ritual pause. It was a strange habit he possessed, to pause before entering buildings, Jake had become used to it. Alice had already been. Without a thought, Jake kissed the side of Alice's cheek and unlooped his intertwined arm from hers, "I've a bride to attend to, so I shall see you all in a bit." He smiled, waited for them to find their seats and darted to the bridal suite. "Pfft, you'd better be calm. Like I'd ever let you walk down the aisle alone." Jake entered, almost breathless, just as Em had started her freakout. He gave her a hug, disregarding the dress and messing it up - they were magicians, a few wrinkles wouldn't be the end of the world. "You look beautiful, even moreso than usual." And he meant it. He was so incredibly happy for his best friend. She deserved this, happiness, and more. After spending another second, he finally noticed his sister and sighed. If Em'd been freaking out, it was probably caused by Elena. "Alright, what are we doing now?" |

By now the majority of the guests were arriving and the sight of that made Peter even more nervous. He watched as the guests began to take their seats which clearly meant that the time was coming near. This was even more nerve racking than coming face to face with Voldemort . Mist noticed Peter's distressed as she simply smiled. "Peter, she'll come out, don't worry."She reassured him. "Em's excited to marry you, believe me. The last few months she hasn't stopped talking about it, it was literally driving us all insane." She laughed at the thought. "I'm so glad Rian and I moved out, otherwise she would surely drive us crazy." As much as she loved the Den and eveyrone there, it was definitely nice to have a place for their own. At Mist's comment, Rian looked at her and frowned. His arm now wrapped around her shoulder, he pulled her in closer as he kissed her head. "And I don't drive you crazy? Wow, I guess I'm getting rusty." He grinned. "Your crazyness I can deal with." Mist replied, mirroring his grin. "Did I just walk into a lovefest or what?" Jayden asked as he approached them, smirking at Mist and Rian. Mist merely laughed as she shook her head. "it's a wedding for crying out loud Jay, it's nothing but a lovefest." She was glad that Jayden actually came, she knew he wasn't 100% supportive of Emery and Peter but he was trying, that was good. Emery was a huge part of his life so now to see her with someone else, that must be hard. Jay was awesome like that though, being able to smile through it all. Mist knew he had a rough time at the beginning but now, now it was like it didn't even bother him; but she knew it did. It was a good thing he has Amanda though, even though Mist didn't meet her yet, she seemed like a good catch. "Inkle JayJay." Iain beamed. Jay picked Iain up as he ruffled the kid's hair. "Well someone's looking sharp. Are you trying to pick up some lovely girls for tonight?" He teased. "Oh no, you're not turning my son into a younger manwhore version of yourself." Rian commented. "That's the last thing we need in this world." "Just imagine when he has kids, there'll be tons of little Jayden dominating this world." Peter added in with a slight laugh. "Oh the horror." Mist laughed. "It'll be the end of the world as we know it. "Voldemort will surely have something to fear." This was nice, all of them just joking around. It actually made Peter less nervous. He knew that they weren't so accepting of him when he first started dating Emery, but who would be, he was part of Lycaeus. Now, now it's different. Edited by Peter Tallis, Nov 3 2010, 12:41 PM.

It was a bit strange he could admit to be out. He had spent so much time shut away at home that it was a little odd. To be out with someone was another oddity that was going on. He, however, was glad. Arm in arm with Anna he went to find a seat with her, genueniely happy that he was there. "I have to say, I'm glad you invited me," Rem told Anna, more so in a voice so only those two could only hear. The place was nice, he could give them props for that. |

Whatever she'd been panicking about seemed to vanish when Jake walked up to her. Her sigh of relief was short-lived, because only half a second later, she was tackling him with the usual squeal. Who cared if her dress got a little messed up? It wouldn't make it dirty, just a little wrinkly, and she was sure that wasn't that horrible. Hugging Jake was more important than keeping her dress perfectly in tact, right? "I am so glad you're finally here!" she said, finally pulling away and letting him go. "I mean, you know, you were running late, and there's no wedding without you, so... logical reason to freak out. But, you're here now!" She squealed again, before the whole seriousness of the situation actually sunk into her. Jake was here. If Jake was actually here, that mean that everyone needed for the wedding was here. Oh hell, it was almost time. Time to stall. She took another glance out the window, about to comment on how not enough people were there so they'd have to wait longer, when she actually noticed just how full it was out there. There were even people that she didn't know. Someone was with Anna, someone was with Alice - though she didn't care who Alice was with as long as it wasn't Blair. It wasn't like Blair would actually come, though, unless it was to kill them all. She really needed to stop thinking horribly and focus on the good. Out of everyone there, though, one person in particular stood out. Jayden had actually shown up. He was actually there. She couldn't force away the smile that appeared on her lips at that. He may not support them completely, but he supported her, and he didn't look like he was being a jerk about it either. Pulling away from the window, she closed the curtain and turned to the others. "Guess it's time, then." |

It was time. Even though all Peter had to do was stand at the front and wait for Emery, it was still nerve-racking. He would prefer to sit or even lay down. Well at least he didn't have to worry about walking down the isle in heels. Sighing, he stood at the front, his face flushed as he felt the majority of the guests' eyeing him. Peter Tallis was not a people person so half the people here he didn't really know, most of them were either Emery's friends or guest of a friend. Mist had to drop Iain off with the other bridemaids before the ceremony began, he of course was the ring bearer. "Now remember what we practiced okay? Walk down the isle when Auntie Lena tells you to and no running off to play with a butterfly you see, alright?" Iain simply nodded as he hugged Mist's legs before he scurried off toward Lena and Emery. Iain was incredibly cute in a tux, it was just so adorable that she couldn't help but smile. Mist then quickly gave both Emery and Lena a hug before she headed back outside with everyone else. She would have stayed longer to chat but the wedding was literally starting. Once she found Rian, she sat down beside him and grinned as he took her hand in his. Edited by Peter Tallis, Nov 6 2010, 02:39 AM.

Jemma wasn't invited to the wedding, it was pretty obvious why. Actually she wouldn't even have known about it if it wasn't for Alice. No, Jem wasn't snooping around, it was more like Alice left the invite laying around unattended. She wasn't here to start anything, well she could if she felt like it. Jem was not thrilled about Peter getting wed to Cullen, that was kind of obvious but right now, she'll pull an Alice and be nice? That sounded so weird. Jem stood at the back, far away from the rest of the crowd as she watched the scene infront of her. She wasn't stupid, she knew that if anyone saw her here there would be trouble, so she kept out of sight. "Any minute now Cullen will walk out. Wouldn't it be great to send a flock of birds after her? That or hit her with some paintballs. So many great ideas, I don't know why we can't act on it." Clay spoke as he appeared beside his sister, a devilish grin on his face. "You're thinking too small." Jem spoke, her lips curling up into a smirk as she shook her head. "But no, you're not doing anything to this ruin this wedding." "Does Jemma Myers actually care about Cullen? You know love, I never thoguht I'll see the day." "Oh please, I don't give a crap about her." Edited by Jemma Myers, Nov 6 2010, 02:53 AM.

Once Jake finally arrived - and thank merlin, for it wasn't even his own wedding and he was holding it up - Juls picked up Taylor once again and gave his little tux a brush, tucking him against her side. Juls hadn't even attempted to push Llian into coming; she knew how he felt about weddings, and she left it completely up to him. Either way, it would be her son escorting her down the isle. Had she thought that Taylor would disrupt the wedding, she would have never asked if he could stay with her, but ever since she had come back home he seemed content enough while in her arms. It was a godsend; healing had been plenty, without leaving her exhausted as well. "Okay Em." Juls started, teasing. "Last chance. You can still run, you know. Lena and I would make a distraction and you'd zoom off into the sunset with a Ferrari..." Iain and Mist had come over, and Juls smiled at her 'nephew', picking up her flower bouquet. No more waiting; it was time to go. |

It was weird how everything seemed to just come together once she'd said those last words. It was time. It was time for her to walk down that aisle and really, honestly, actually get married. She, Emery Rosalie Cullen, was about to get married to quite possibly the most amazing man on the entire planet. In like ten minutes, she'd be a married woman. Peter's wife. It sounded weird, especially when one took into account Em and her past and all that, but it was real. This was really happening. Sure, she was still a little nervous, but she knew what she wanted. She was absolutely, one hundred percent, secure in her decision. The only thing that had been missing was the ring bearer, who came running over to her then. Emery grinned and picked Iain up, giving him a quick hug. "Hey, little guy. You ready?" she asked him, before turning and giving Mist a hug as well. They weren't missing anyone now, were they? She watched as Mist rushed out to the audience and she turned to face Juls. "I don't want to run," Em replied with a shake of her head. She knew that Juls was only joking, but the joke had also made her a bit more serious about it all. Before, she'd been terrified. Now, there was absolutely no doubt in her mind. "I've never been more ready for anything in my entire life." Her eyes fell on her little 'nephew' on Juls's hip and she couldn't help but smile. What was it now? One more month? A husband, a daughter... She had it all. "Okay..." Em looked up then and turned to her bridesmaids, "Ready to go? I think it's Elena, you... Honestly, I think Rian's supposed to be escorting 'Lena, but... whatever. I'm sure Peter needs him out there way more than she does." She shrugged; technicalities weren't important and she never said she was good at organizing weddings. She poked Jake in the arm. "Are you ready? Escorting me down the aisle is a really tough job, you know. If you trip and make me fall, I'm gonna have to kill you, and then my dress will be gross, and the wedding will be ruined." She stuck her tongue out at him, then grinned. Tripping was the last thing on her mind now. Em turned to Elena to give her a quick hug. It was funny how things worked with those two. Best friends, sworn enemies - okay, so Em had been the only one with any animosity toward her, but whatever - and now back to being best friends. They'd pretty much been through everything together, and for her not to have a part in the wedding would be a crime. "Don't fall, okay?" She laughed a little, pulling back and giving her a smile. "Thank you. For everything." Weddings made her emotional enough, but her own? She was surprised she wasn't still an emotional wreck. |

Lena grinned as she saw Iain zooming in towards them, he was completely adorable, hands down. "I think the last person I need to escort me down the aisle is Rian, knowing him he'll probably make me trip on purpose with one of this comments." She laughed. But either way, Lena was good with or without an escort. "Em, no worries, I'm an expert in heels remember?" Lena reassured her as she hugged her best friend back. They had came so far since the first day they met back in Hogwarts, it was amazing how that worked out. When Em thanked her though, she simply smiled. "You're my best friend, I'll always be here for you no matter what." "Okay let's get this wedding started. Are you ready?" And they were off, Lena heading outside first where she was surprised to see Rian walking towards her. "Sorry, I knew I was missing something." He grinned. Lena simply shook her head as she hooked her arm through his. "Thinking about asking Mist?" She asked, "Jay told me you're planning to propose to her, I think it's about time slowpoke." Rian let out a slight laugh, "I should stop telling him my plans." "Either way, I'll always find a way to find out what they are." She teased. They both grew quiet as they approached the aisle, all eyes on them as everyone waited for the bride that was to follow the train of bridemaids. |

Although he felt bad, he shrugged it off. Wedding. Happy. If there was even a hint of any sort of negativity or negative feelings in the air, they weren't going to let it stick around. "It was so not my fault, Alice and Kaine were taking forever to get ready and stuff. I was simply waiting for them." It slipped Jake's mind that Em had no idea who Kaine was and why he was there. When Em looked out to see who was there, Jake peeked over her head. "Wow, it's packed. Either everyone's early or I'm actually late." He pulled back and grinned sheepishly at Em. It was impossible, he hoped, that Em would be mad at him for being late. He was still sticking his blame on his two dates. And thinking about that was weird, but it was more of a sidethought. Jake was blown away by Em. She was radiant, and the dress was incredibly flattering and lovely. He didn't know much of anything about wedding dresses, he'd only seen them work out on two occasions. In his opinion, this was the best. "You look beautiful," Jake muttered, linking his arm with Em's, and then watching his sister walk out the door. "Did I say that already?" He added, and shrugged. It was worth mentioning as many times as needed. And even if it wasn't necessary. It was the truth, and the best was the truth. "Like you're glowing or something." When Em teased him about tripping, he rolled his eyes. "Pfft. I'm not the one wearing a giant, poofy dress and shoes that probably mess with the natural human balance. Nope, I'm wearing a nice, comfortable tuxedo and flat...designer shoes from somewhere in Italy that are actually comfortable." He glanced down. Shoes courtesy of Kas, who loved dressing up for some odd reason. "Well, there's always magic and we can make you float down the aisle and completely eliminate the threat of tripping?" He shrugged once more and then waited for the others to make their way down the aisle. |

Everyone around was starting to get sappy and Juls just smiled at Rian as he came back to do his duty of walking Rian down the isle. First Iain walked, then Lena and Rian. Before she went anywhere though, Juls turned around and gave Em one last hug, Taylor leaning forward in Juls' arms to touch the veil. "That's congratulations in advance." She told her, "Since I know you're going to be swamped afterward and I won't be able to stay too too long into the night." Babies. If she didn't get Taylor home and to sleep before a certain time, tomorrow was going to be an absolute nightmare with him. Besides, it was hardly going to be a good thing for Em and Peter's party if they had a screaming, exhausted baby hanging out. Once Lena was far enough down the isle, Juls took her place and started walking. One step after another, only being grateful that her son was a complete ham and was giving a mouth-wide-open baby smile to the crowd that was suddenly just there. There were no mishaps by anyone getting to the alter thus far, and Juls took her place, turning so she could watch her friend take steps into the next chapter of her life. And now she was getting sappy too. |

Em watched as Elena and Rian headed outside, her breath catching in her throat again. How was it that this was already happening? He'd proposed nearly a year ago, but it seemed like everything had gone so fast since then. It'd been a hectic year, full of fake Peters and pregnancy drama, and yet, they were still together. How Peter was able to look past all the Clay Myers stuff and love her regardless, love their child regardless, was beyond her. He was truly amazing. "Calm down, Jake, it's alright. All you did was prolong my anxiety," she teased, before sticking her tongue out at him. Before she could reply to anything else, it was Juls's turn, so she was hugging her. She made sure to give Taylor a hug too before pulling back, unable to contain her smile. "Thank you, Juls." It was a blanket thank you, covering basically everything. After all, Juls had pretty much been awesome since day one, and anyone that could stand being her friend deserved praise. As Juls left, Em turned to Jake again. It was weird to look at him then because she was actually afraid that somehow, something might change. Dating Jayden or Peter had never interfered with their friendship, but she was about to be married. She didn't want that to ruin anything at all, because Jake was way too important to her. The closest thing she had to family. "Probably, but I never tire of being called beautiful." She was grinning. "And I won't trip or ruin my dress, which is so not giant or poofy. Pfft." Her grin faltered for only a moment, and she adopted a more serious look. "I want you to know that this has not and will not change a thing. You are still my best friend, the best friend that a person could ever have. I'm trying to get Peter to buy a vacation house out here and I'll get you your own room there, like, not even a guest room - your own room. And, we can still go on those annual vacations to random places like Aruba and all that, even if I have to bring a small child with me, and you will absolutely be in her life, and... Dear Merlin, Jake, you're probably the coolest person on the entire planet." She shrugged her shoulders, having no real clue where that little speech had come from. Maybe it was just Em and her fear of change. After all, this was a major change. She took a deep breath and exhaled, her arm linked with Jake's, as they headed out the door. There was no waiting any longer. No stalling. She didn't even remember to double-check her dress to make sure it hadn't gotten messed up. As soon as the door opened and she finally saw him there, waiting on the other end of that aisle, she knew that this was it. Any fears or worries, any doubts that she had, all vanished when she saw his face. Her eyes locked on his and her feet moved effortlessly toward him. She barely even paid attention to Jake at her side. All she saw was Peter. |

It happened so suddenly, the doors opening, the music starting to echo through the crowd, and he knew it was time. The first person to walk down the isle was Iain, who practically scurried down, the pillow in one hand as it dangled at his side. It was a good thing they tied the ring down otherwise it would be lost by now. Iain stopped as he reached Mist and waved the pillow at her. She simply smiled, "Go to Uncle Peter." She whispered. It wasn't loud enough for everyone to hear but Peter heard it as he mirrored the smile. Uncle Peter, that sounded ...nice. Next came Lena and Rian, followed by Juls and then Emery. His eyes were glued on her from the moment he first saw her stepped outside, Merlin, she looked amazing. No, correction, beyond amazing. She's the one. He didn't have to think twice about it, all it took was one glance at her and he knew there was no one else he would rather be with. Everything they've been through lead them to this point and he coudln't had ask for more. With her, he felt aive, invincible and for once, truly happy. With her, is exactly where he wanted to be. |
