Kiera smiled. "You're right, he can just get over it. If he can randomly dissapear all the time so can I."

She started laughing at her as she started bouncing. "Hyper much?" She asked her laughing.

She thought about dancing it did sound pretty fun. But Kiera wasn't the type to walk up to random guys she didn't know and ask them to dance. She didn't normally walk up to random guys at all.

That might be one of the leading causes that she's had two boyfriends in her entire life.

"Who would you like to dance with?" She said looking around at all the guys.

I'm falling even more in love with you.
Letting go of all I've held on to.
I'm standing here until you make me more.
I'm hanging by a moment here with you.

"Hm, well I wouldn't know if you're not that bad. I haven't danced with you before until now, but so far you're doing way superb than I am." Clay commented before looking back at Jem and smiled. She was probably annoyed that Lexi was waving at her. "She's just being protective, let's put it at that." He commented. Jem had always been like that, but then again Clay was just as bad when it came down to Jem and some guy. "I'll admit, I have my share of being protective when it comes to her as well. But not as bad." There was the whole Sam thing. At first when they just met, Clay was indeed over protective and he despised Sam. But now? Sam wasn't too bad, Clay actually grew fond of his company.

He then pulled Lexi down into a dip but dragging her back up, grinning. Do you have any siblings of some sort I should be worried about?" Better yet, if she had a twin; that would be double the pleasure.

There was a difference between being protective and irritating. There was a big difference. Jem? Jem was being irritating. She kinda wanted to whack her in the head with a large object, but... yeah, that wouldn't go over well. At all. It'd probably screw things up with her and Clay, too, and she was too amused and having too much fun to do that.

"Can't she be a little less protective? I mean, dear Merlin, we're only dancing. It's not like I'm pushing you off into some dark corner to make out with you." Although... yeah, she wasn't going to go there. When he asked about siblings, Lexi only rolled her eyes. "I have a sister that's much too young for you," she said, already knowing where he was going with it. "So don't be getting any ideas."

He could get ideas with her all he wanted, though. Oh dear Merlin, she was such a whore.

"We should make Jem angry, just 'cause it'd be funny."

The moment Remington had learned about the ball he had been intrigued. He was an old fashion type so the idea of a masquerade theme definitely struck his interest. He had masks from years prior and the mask he had picked out was simple enough with just enough detail that he thought it would catch attention; balls and the like being one of the few places he actually cared to be noticed at. When it came to an outfit there wasn't as if there was a lot of choice in the matter, but he didn't want to go with something overly plain. That wouldn't be much fun wouldn't it? It was one reason he went with the color he did for the shirt under the jacket.

Another reason to go was the simple fact there would be a lot of people. Maybe some he knew even if he couldn't tell. That was the fun of it; you could be just about anyone at something like this. Typical as ever Remington stood aside for a few minutes when he first arrived just to look over the crowd. For once there was a genuine smile on his face; the whole thing had already put him in a better mood than he was in that morning. Picking someone out wasn't something that required thought. Naturally he would have gone by looks, but by dress worked in this case.

Walking over to Jemma, the smile replaced by an expectant grin, as he leaned a little closer than was called for, but he'd blame making sure she heard him over the music.

"You look like someone who needs saving," he told her, taking a step back after and holding out his hand.

Jemma Myers

Jem watched her brother and Lexi for a while before glancing across the room, attempting to spot anyone she might have recognized. There was none. By now she was bored as she result to simply observing everyone. And her mask was being to irritate her, lovely right? When Remy approached her, she stared at him curiously. He was definitely invading her personal space at this point as she took a step back and smiled at his comment. "That or something chaotic to happen so I can be entertained." She said in response as she took his hand.

"Jemma Myers." She introduced as she allowed him to lead her away from the spot she'd been stationed at. "And you are?"

Clay arched his eyebrow at Lexi's comment about them in a dark corner. It sounded rather intriguing to him, and amusing definitely. "Not that you don't want to?" And as for the sister comment, he merely laughed. "I wasn't getting any ideas about anything. If she was your twin on the otherhand," He was joking.

He then watched as he saw Jem being lead away by some guy. Clay wasn't in the mood to pull a protective stunt so he just shrugged it off. Jem was able to fend for herself. "Well I think she might be a bit occupied now to even notice us." He stated, as he pulled her even closer and whispered. "What did you have in mind exactly?" He knew he had plenty of ideas.

"See, now you're speaking my language."

A little trouble hardly hurt anyone. Trouble or chaotic, whichever; it was the spice of life as far as he was concerned. With Jemma's hand in his he led her toward the dance floor and spun her around once before he put his hands on her waist. He wasn't that great at dancing as far as faster songs went, but he had been taught when he was younger things like waltzes and such. Probably just how his family was, which he didn't mind one bit.

As Remington was asked his name, however, he had the same unreadable grin on his face.

"How about we keep that a secret, Jemma? It is nice to meet you though," he told her.

It was actually sort of funny. Back at Lycaeus, Lexi had been almost reserved, trying her best to make a 'good first impression.' Now? Making a good first impression barely mattered to her. Now all that mattered was having fun, and irritating Jemma just for the hell of it. Yeah, she was a bit of a whore, but hey... Clay wasn't exactly the least manwhore person in the entire world. In fact, he was about a million and fifty times worse than she was. And that was very amusing to her.

Of course she wanted to. He was hot, he was funny, and he was awesome. Not wanting to would just be weird. But she wasn't going to whore herself right away. That just wouldn't be fun. She wanted to have her own amusement. "I most definitely do not," she said, a slight smirk on her face. "I mean, you're probably not even a good kisser." She was just trying to irritate him. "I dunno... What are you thinking?"

Jemma was never a good dancer, as dancing was just something she wasn't fond of. Especially when it came to slow songs, to her those were the songs meant for couples. But he seemed to be a relatively good dancer, from what she was witnessing so far. As long as he didn't step on her feet or make her fall then she was good. As for him keeping his name a secret, she merely smirked. "Mystery man eh? Or are you hiding something?" She inquired as she followed his lead. But if he was reluctant on giving her a name, she reckon she might just have to give him one herself.

"How about I just call you Zorro?" It wasn't a question, more like a statement because even if he didn't like the name, she was going to call him that regardless.

Amber-Lynn heard there was a party and couldn't pass it up. She loved parties. Alcohol, hot guys. Who would pass that up?

After tons of shopping she finally found the perfect blue dress and a nice mask. Her hair was pinned up with light make-up and pink lipgloss.

When she entered the ball she saw a couple girls (Amaris, Tina, shayna and Kerri) talking a decided to go say hello.

She started walking through the crowd until she got to them.

"Hi," She said smiling. "Im Amber-Lynn, but you can call me Amber." She said laughing a little. She always introduced herself as Amber-Lynn although she liked being called Amber.

Kylar Vane

Kylar had been reluctant to come, but Mist insisted that he did. As to where she was? He had no idea, so he merely stood off to the side as he watched the scene unfold infront of him. It was hard to recognize most people since everyone was required to wear a mask. His was simple though; plain and black. He didn't see the point in spending endless amount of money on something that would probably only be wore once. It was a waste in his opinion. As he gaze across the room, he was certain he spotted Anna among the crowd however, he wasn't entirely sure if that was her or not. Like he said before, it was hard to distinguish anyone.

He saw that by now many people had accumulated on the dance floor as he leaned against the wall, letting his eyes wandered up to the disco ball which hung aimlessly from the ceiling. He wasn't exactly the dancing type nor the partying type; so he was hoping that Mist or anyone he knew would show up soon.

"It ruins the concept of a masquerade if you know who you're talking to," Remington answered.

The fun came of not knowing who you were speaking to half the time. In the case you didn't know the person anyways then a name didn't really matter to begin with. At the moment he could safely say he was enjoying himself though.

"Zorro?" Well it was an interesting pick at least. "Alright, Zorro it is. But you know, I'm not exactly the hero type."

Not according to anyone and not according to himself and he wasn't even ashamed to admit that. Who cared about who the good of society was anyways?

Lucan scoft playfuly, "Of course it is. That completely answers all of my life's questions." he said sarcastically and adding a roll of his eyes. He earned a playful slap from her and he grinned innocently at her. "What? I can't be sarcastic now?" he asked.

He saw his girlfriend wave at Mari and Tina and he smiled. To answer Evelynn's question he said, "They're being themselves. Just let them be. I am letting go their 'leash' and just letting do their own thing and I hope they would not get arrested." He knows he’s acting like a worry parent but if both Mari and Tina are together he doesn't know what do.

He let go of Evelynn's hands and draped his arm around her waist. He kissed the top of her head before they started to walk away from the entrance and into the bar to start off the night.

Him, not a good kisser? That made him laugh. Truthfully, no one ever commented on his kissing skills before so he wouldn't know if he was exactly that superb in it or not. But he doubted that he was bad because if he was, he wouldn't have been able to score with so many girls on his list. Yes he was a complete manwhore, and he wasn't ashame of it. "Really now? Would you care to test out that theory?" He asked. "Maybe it's just you who not a good kisser."

As to what he was thinking, he smirked. "Wouldn't you like to know? I think it's up to you to attempt and figure it out yourself." He said as he took a step back and spun her, before resuming their original position.

it's a rubin thing
Anna wasn't sure if anyone was following her when she made her way to the bar as Winnie had asked - she was never a drink kind of person, but she just wanted the ability to relax right then. Instead of ordering something heavy, though, Anna chickened out last minute and got herself a simple virgin daiquiri.

"Anything not pink in flavour... but it could totally be dyed?" She was being picky, hoping the bartender wouldn't be annoyed. "What does everyone else want?"

She was tempted to warn against heavy drinking, but figured no one would... and Shawn deserved to get completely wasted if he wanted to. She was never a fan of the aftereffects, though. The room was filling up more than it had been just seconds before, and Anna could no longer recognize faces beneath the masks. The point had finally taken affect. She liked it better that way, she found. Anonymity.

"True, but I doubt I even know you to begin with. So nothing is ruin there." She commented, "I just came back to London, so everyone here is practicallly strangers to me." Except for her brother, however, she didn't say this. And everyone she knew at Lycaeus was probably staying in for the night, minus Lexi of course. Jemma then smirked at his statement of not being the hero type. "Maybe not, but you did save me from the dreadfulness that is boredom. I believe that counts for something."

"So Zorro, tell me about yourself." She wasn't entirely intrigued in hearing someone's life story, but it was indeed a conversation starter at least. "Unless that remains a secret as well?"

Lexi arched an eyebrow at Clay, almost laughing. The simple thought of her not being a good kisser was laughable. She knew very well that she was. She also guessed that Clay was; it was just fun to disagree. She was just having a lot of fun in general. She might not be the best dancer in the world, but she loved to be around people, and she loved to be at parties and such. When he asked if she'd like to test it out, she grinned. "Maaaybbbeeee."

Clay spun her, and when they were back to how they'd been before, her hand resumed its spot on his shoulder, before pulling him forward and pressing her lips against his. But barely, just to tease him. Then she pulled back quite a bit and grinned. "I think I would like to know..."

After the wedding, Arya had found out from Milo that he'd lied and still hadn't found a place to live. She'd been trying to figure out and find out where he'd been living anyway, since their parents had been so kind to him. Really, they should have been happy that their youngest loved living in the house. It made it easier to suffocate, control, and spy on him... she was just annoyed in general, and knew it should have been her "parents" she was blaming. It was just "Marie". Unless...Ian had realized how psycho Marie was and kicked Milo out to spare him?

Whatever it was, Arya did not want to think about it. What she wanted was to get reintegrated into society, and make Milo meet people outside of his bubble.

"Don't ask questions, pay attention." She looked up at him and lifted a finger, "Socialize, make friends, look for someone with a house if you can, and...have fun." She lifted fingers simultaneous with her points, and grinned at the penultimate. With that, she turned him, and then pushed him into the crowd.

Arya herself, though, had no idea what to do. She knew no one, and that wasn't the actual issue with the masks. She started floating around the edge of the dancefloor, wondering if she'd ever recognize anyone. Sadie would have thrived better. Heck, she had been the social one, what had happened? (Marie was the answer, and Arya didn't even want to think about that.)

So, she decided to take a dive. Walking up to a perfect stranger, she held onto his arm, and pulled him onto the dancefloor. "If you say you can't dance, it doesn't matter, you don't even have to move." Well. It seemed she might still have it in her.

"I just moved back to London as well. It's not my type of place though."

All the rain and the dismal way of it all was just really depressing. He didn't prefer it but he knew more people here than he did in Italy and it made things easier to be in England more than at home. Probably the only reason he kept a flat that he hardly used.

"There's really nothing to tell. I'm hardly interesting," Remington answered. "I keep too many secrets to even know where to begin."

He could get away with a few honest statements here and there after-all.

"What about you?"

Logan Grey

Logan had little troubles finding the club since someone,Lucan, didn't elaborated the directions. But that was then and now he's finally in his domain, a club. As soon as he turned seventeen, he immediately took his friends who were also the same age and they all went to a club. It was the best time of his life and the good that he found out that day was that he can do that every day. Of course there was Qudditch practice but he manages to squeeze in clubbing time.

He was wearing just a simple suit since it was supposed to be formal. That made him almost not go because he's not the type to dress all fancy but sadly he had to buy one. Picking out his mask was fun since he wanted to be special. Actually he was going to buy one of those masks that have the really long nose but he can't really dance with someone if the blood thing kept bumping into each other. He spotted his brother and his gorgeous girlfriend and saluted to them. He also saw Selena taking pictures. Now that's not fun. He was going to have a little talk with her later about how to have fun in a club.

His eyes landed on Ama and Tina with three other girls and he couldn't help to grin. Five ladies and no men in sight? He couldn't let the opportunity go. He walked towards the group and casually draped his arms round both Ama and Tina's shoulders. "Why hello ladies. You both look beautiful as always." he said as he kisses both their cheeks. He then looked at the three other fine ladies, "Who are your friends?" he asked as he flashed them a grin.
