Your Resident Oprah

   A magnificent and private wooden, thatched lodge, hidden in the brush and overlooking the lake out back. Large windows, with screen doors to let in the light a keep the lodge cool. A wooden veranda wrapping around the lodge and expanding out back to accommodate for a private pool with mood lighting and Jacuzzi setting. Apparating outside of the River Lodge, arms still wound snug around his wife’s waist, Gabe lowered his lips to her neck kissing a trail up to her cheek then her lips, sweet and a little nervous. He took a breath, glancing up at the lodge. Their luggage was already indoors and unpacked, he’d seen to that. Now all that was left was to remove the blindfold. ”And... we’re here...” He murmured close to Leslie’s ear, hand centimetres away from the blind fold. ”Ready?” They inched closer, taking a hold of the dark material and very slowly untied it, letting it fall.... Leslie tilted her head as he kissed up her neck, to her cheek and then she returned the kiss that was placed on her lips. His arms were on her waist and her arms went to his. Feeling his hands untie her blindfold, she closed her eyes. The sun was glaring and putting on the sunglasses she held in her hand. She finally got a look around. Her breath was caught in her throat. "Oh Gabe! Its beautiful! Where are we?" She asked, she knew for sure the weren't in Europe, but she'd never been travelling much. The air was warm and balmy, the sun was hot and everything was just so.... calming. "I love it, sorry for being annoying about the whole surprise." She said, completely in awe. Tiptoeing, she kissed him, arms snaking around her neck. |

She liked it! Gabe couldn't keep the grin from his face, watching as she slid on the sunglasses and opened her eyes, determined to catch that first reaction. She looked... awed, was the only word he could use to describe what he saw in her features, giving her a moment to take in the exterior of the lodge, the brush giving them their privacy. "Africa, Kenya to be precise at the Lion Sands Private Game Reserve. We have this lodge all to ourselves but somewhere in that direction," he gestured a little ways to their left, "Is the dining chalet, a spa and a entertainment chalet." Gabe was glad he'd laid out light weight clothing for today, the heat was wonderful but the sun was hot over head. He lowere his sun glasses to his nose. Much better. "You sure? If you don't we can always go somewhere else. I won't be offended." When she apologised fo pesturing him for hints or to just tell her where they were going, Gabe shook his head, laughing. "You're too curious for your own good, you. I hardly expected you to go from out wedding to today without asking questions." He kissed her back, firmly and lingering, scooping his wife up bridal style."So, Mrs Law, shall I carry you over the threashold of our private lodge for the duration of our stay here?" As he asked, Gabe was already carrying her towards the lodge's front door, carefully joggling his wife whilst fishing out a key from his pocket. "All our stuff is inside... Leslie had searched her clothes for something other than the string bikinis for several minutes. They were woman's worst enemy unless you were a size zero, which Leslie was far from with her wide hips. In defeat, she slipped into one of the bathing suits Gabe packed (figured a man packed somthing that could have easy access) and grabbed her sunglasses. With one last look in the mirror, she decided to toss her wavy hair into a ponytail and finally head outside. On her way out, she grabbed the sunscreen and put in on and then sat in one of the lounge chairs by the pool, Gabe would need to help her with her back, but some how she doubted.... highly doubted he'd mind. |

Gabe kept silent as he watched Leslie rifle through the suitcase he had packed for her, for swimwear. He thought she had a goreous body, before and after childbirth. Beside, their pool was private and he'd be the only one to see her in it. He drew his own swim shorts out of his own suitcase and changed into them, grabbing a towel and his sun glasses and followed Leslie out a moment later. He paused in the doorway, watching her laid back in one of the lounge chairs by the pool, sun streaming over her and smiled. She looked beautiful and he had her all to himself. "Need a hand with that lotion?" He dropped his towel on the lounger beside her and reached for the lotion, perching on the edge of Leslie lounger and squirting some lotion onto his hands. "Want me to run some in for you?" |

Smiling and nodding, Leslie sat up and sat with her back to Gabe so he could get the sat bit. "Yes I do, thank you." She said. The few moments it took for him to put the lotion on were nice, she liked his hands massaging her back. "Tonight, you need to do more of that." She murmured, already she was relaxed being here. Already she tried to slap away the hands playing with the strings. "Play nice..." Grabbing the lotion from her husband, she got up, moved around him and put some on his back as well. Call it Healer tendencies, but the last thing either of them needed was a sunburn on their honeymoon. Rubbing his shoulders still after the lotion was rubbed in, she leaned forward and rested her hands on his chest. Grazing her teeth against his earlobe, she kissed down to his neck and occupied herself for a few moments. Taking her sunglasses off, she took a run and jumped in the pool, laughing when she resurfaced. "Come on!" She called after she got Gabe worked up a bit. Edited by Leslie Law, Dec 21 2009, 12:21 AM.

Gabe moved his hand slowly over Leslie's shoulders a little rubbing in the cream before moving lower over her back, until she was suitably covered. "Tonight, I have something very special planned for our first evening here. We're not sleeping here tonight, or eating in the dining chalet." He grinned a secret grin. "And I intend to do a lot more than just that tonight." Alone with Leslie, Gabe felt twenty again. He started to play with the ties on her string bikini, tuggig lightly on them and laughed as his hands were slapped away. He pouted. "I want to play naughty." And winked. It was her turn to lotion his back and Gabe sat very still. His wifes hands were soft and gentle but the motion of her hands across his back and along his shoulders had him close his eyes relaxing. Then when her hands trailed forward over his chest resting there, Leslie pressing closer, teeth grazing, lips pressed against his neck, he groaned, leaning back into her. "Hmmmm tease..." he murmured, clearly enjoying himself a little too much. When she stopped though, it took him a moment to snap out of the trance she'd put him in, eyes snapping open in time to see her take a running jump into the pool, water flying. "No fair!" He laughed, trying to calm himself down. He sat his sunglasses beside him on the lounger and regarded his wife. "Well alright then. If you say so." Standing, he to took a run up, tucking in his legs as he jumped and dive bombing her, then once under the water tugged down on her legs. |

Watching Gabe run at her she turned slightly to not get the entire splash in her face, and she did so laughing. Waiting a moment, she noticed he wasn't resurfacing and the grip he had on her ankle told her why. Only giving her a moment to take a breath, she was pulled under into him. As if it were instinct, she wrapped her legs around his hips and she brought her lips to his. Leslie just couldn't believe that she yearned so much for him, she had him every day of their lives since they met, and she would continue to having him until the day she died, but perhaps it was just them being alone for the first time in six months, and just them entirely for over a year. It felt weird to not have a baby with them, or a bump of some sort, it was just like when they first dated. |

Leslie's legs wrapped around his waist were one thing but her lips against his also, kissing him under the water had Gabe's heart pounding in his chest. Who needed oxygen anyway? Gabe kissed her back, holding her closer, until the need for air was just too much. "Hmm... you make me feel like a teenager again." He lifted a hand to her hair, untying it from its tie and watching it fall loose with satisfaction. "Much better." He gave Leslie a crooked grin. "You know I'm finding it impossible to restrain myself. I was going to ask if swimwear was really necessary but I'm worried what I might do if we decided it wasn't." His fingers strayed to the tie at the back of the top half of her bikini, teasing the strings. "I'm pretty sure we don't want to tire ourselves off before tonight. I want to enjoy the first night of our honeymoon alone, to the full." |

Leslie gasped in air when they reached the surface, but she smiled then frowned. "Shhhh, don't say the t-word." she sighed, tilting her head back as Gabe let down her hair. Bringing her lips back to his, she just lightly brushed her's against his. "I know exactly what would happen. I want to see how well you can restrain yourself..." Grabbing his wrist, she tugged the tie loose and undid the other tie with her free hand, throwing her top onto the deck. Still clutching onto Gabe with her thighs, she pressed her chest against his and played with his hair. "So my love, what is in store for tonight that we shouldn't tire ourselves out for?" She asked, kissing all over his face slowly. |

The kiss was soft, but still made Gabe smile as their lips brush together. The word restraint had him grimance slightly. "I can tell you now, not very well." That string bikini was making things very hard to concentrate... apparently not as much as when his wrist was taken and the strings pulled. Watching the bikini top hit to deck, Gabe drew back a moment taking in his beautiful wife, her skin, her curves... and let out a low growl darting forward to trail kisses fervently down her neck and along her collar. When she pressed flush against his chect, he couldnt help but glance down appreciatively. Why oh why had he added such a distracting swim piece into her luggage, or even questioned the meed for swim wear at all? "You are a tease..." He ground out against as he kissed over her shoulder, hands starting to wander, trailing idly up and down her sides. "Tonight is us time. Dinner, conversation... skipping conversation... But we have a few hours until then, so... I might be able to restrain myself until then but what's say you and I kick back, relax and enjoy the pool and sunshine for that time?" |

Unhooking her legs finally, Leslie smiled warmly. "Of course I am, think of what you get tonight after your plans..." She hinted before moving more into the middle of the pool and laid back so she was floating... yeah if he was having troubles concentrating before, this wasn't much help. For the next couple hours, they relaxed by swimming and eventually they moved into the loungers. When It was time to get ready, they went inside. |

[[Setting this RP at New Years Eve]] ---------------------------------&&----------------------------------- New Years Eve.... Maddie was tucked up in her crib asleep and Gabe was enjoying a wonderful, relaxing and romantic evening with his wife in the outdoor hotub of the lodge. And they were in Africa! Leaning his head back against the side of the tub, Gabe smirked softly to himself at the sight of the trail of clothes leading from the door to the lodge to the hotub, thinking over the last half hour with pleasure. Everything was perfect. Asides from their privacy, they had champage chilling in an ice bucket on the veranda baside them and an other bottle chilling in the fridge. Ther was a plate of strawberries and various other fruits next to a bowl of melted chocolate for them to enjoy.... And most importantly, beside him in the hotub was his beautiful wife. "This is by far the best trip I have ever taken..." He murmured, drawing Leslie closer and kissing her shoulder lightly. "Only one more week left..." he sighed. "But first, not long until midnight...." |

Leaning into her husband's body, she tried to even her breathing out. His kissing along her shoulder made her smile, she was definitely enjoying the attention. As Gabe was busying himself, she popped the champagne and poured two glasses. "I can't... agree... more." She murmured, placing a soft kiss on his lips. Grabbing a strawberry and dipping it in chocolate, she held it for Gabe to eat. "Even if we can't afford to do this often, we need to just make time for ourselves when we get home. I don't care if its an hour and we're confined to our tiny shower, or the tiny tub, or just laying on the couch together, it will be fun no matter how long we spend, or what we do." She suggested. |

Gabe loved watching Leslie smile... The way it lit up her face and smiled himself in turn. A she moved away to pop the champagne, Gabe fiddled with the hot tub setting starting some of the bubbles. Bubbly and bubbles... he was rather enjoying himself. He watched her pour two glasses and settled back against the side of the tub in time to be handed a glass and recieve a few kisses as well as a chocolate coated strawberry. "Hmmm.... delicious," he murmured, taking a bite, though he was talking more about those kisses. "A few sneaky hours spent in the shower or on the couch sound like bliss to me." He grinned, finishing off the strawberry and dipping another in the chocolate to feed to Leslie. "And there's always the locks on our office doors at work..." He was determined, any and every hour he could, he was going to snag alone with his wife, even if it was kidnapping her into a St Mungo's supply closet between shifts. He lifted his glass in a toast. "Only a week left till we have to go back to the chilly UK, so I say a toast, to us and many many more years to come." |

The night couldn't get more perfect, champagne, fruit, chocolate, and her husband. When he held a strawberry out, she took a bite, licking the chocolate off his fingers, smiling. She kissed up his neck and when she was done she moved across the hottub with her glass in hand and her feet on Gabe's lap. "Someone has a naughty streak... offices?" She smiled. Looking in the patio door, it was 11:42 pm. "Only 18 minute to go, and I can get my New Year's kiss." She bit her lip and took a sip of her champagne. There were plans forming quickly of things that involved more than an innocent New Years kiss. |

Gabe watched her lips as she bit into the strawberry, licking the chocolate from his fingers. She really was a tease, his wife. From the way her lips moved over his neck, causing him to shiver despite the heat of the tub, to the way she moved away moments later before he ahd the chance to wrap his arms around her, and settled her feet into his lap. He guess this was meant to keep him there. Just a little frustrating given following that attention his neck had just recieved he wanted nothing more than to return the favor in several different and wonderful ways. "You. Are a tease..." he ground out with a low growl, trying to control himself and taking a long swig of his champagne. "Offices... desks... wherever a free moment finds us a bit of privacy." Gabe smirked, glancing down at her feet in his lap. "Kiss? From allll the way over there?" |

Placing the champagne flute on the desk she slid further into the pool to brush her toes softly over Gabe's inner thighs. Oh now she was teasing her husband, then again, that was her plan. She had.. 17 minutes to get him ready for the second round... or third, she couldn't remember. "Shhhh... listen to that.... quiet. I think we're finally reaping the reward of parenting... Maddie hasn't woken up at all. She is finally sleeping through the night." She smiled, the last 6 months seemed like the longest of he life, waking up in the middle of the night, and especially with the time change between Canada and Africa, Maddie spent half the night up. Maddie was clinging onto those overnight wake up calls even before the whole messy transitions with time but now, there was nothing. In a way it was a little worrying since she had gotten into the habit of waking up with her daughter, |

"Mmmmmm...." Gabe let out a low growl as he felt her toes brush over his inner thighs. Oh this was too much. He just wanted to draw her close and forget about waiting for New Year to arrive. "You, are going to be the death of me, Mrs Law." He smirked, taking her feet in his hands and masaging them gently. He was more than eager to get things moving but they had to wait until midnight. Right? Quiet. Gabe continued to massage her feet in silence, revelling in the silence she had just pointed out. Maddie was sleeping. The first night, all through the night. It was a miracle. "Mmmm more time for us. She's growing up fast. Soon she'll be walking and talking. " |

Slipping over to sit beside Gabe, she took another strawberry and ate it seductively. With her hand slipping under the water, she ran her hand slowly down his abdomen. Though she didn't go all the way, she alluded to her intention, that was the fun part. "I want to see how long you'll last, Mr. Law. And let's not think about her growing up, I am going to miss the wake up calls. Its happened too fast, this whole growing up thing, I want to just make it stop." She murmured, it felt like just yesterday that Maddie was born and they were taking her to the hospital to get weighed and measured. |
