4, 3, 2, 1, I am letting you go.
Andy looked at Cassie and scowled at her, but her scowl was also met with a growl as Carter showed his distaste for this other girl. "Okay wolfie, I reeeeeeeeeeally suggest you shut your mouth before I spay your natural body, to which I apologize to the current occupant of it.

Everyone will get switched back, but the more time we waste here, the closer to death the people in the ritual get. So I am sorry that you're impatient, but there are more important things than being switched back right now.

There is a woman here whose body may or may not be involved, and we don't know if there is anyone else there. So I think there is woman's life and body potentially at risk. How would you feel if your bodies weren't here at this very moment?" She asked the two girls who voiced their distaste at having to wait to be switched back.

Selena really want to hit something, not because the aurors came in to the recues but she was getting annoyed with some people who still wanted to go. She feels a bit better now that professionals were going and not the switched people and herself since she can't even perform a proper spell. She was mentally bashing herself for even letting herself get killed especially in Jennipher's body. Well now that she can sleep properly, all they need to do now is switched her and Jennipher back to normal. She doesn't know how long Jennipher will reject her and she doesn't want to stick around to find out.

She didn't like how the way Andy barked at Cassie, especially when she callled her 'wofie'. Writer: Hee hee, barked! XD “Hey, calm down.” she said sternly as she looked at Andy, ”If you don’t realize about now, switching into our real bodies sounds like a really good idea since we can barely move properly and possible just past out from exhaustion and I really don’t see the problem about it. Yes, I understand there are lives and a body in danger so take your own advice and go save them instead of wasting time!“ She didn’t know where she found the voice to speak out so angrily as to Andy, she must’ve been stress out about all of this and of course angry that Andy talked to Cassie like she was like......a mutt. ”All I’m saying is that I completely agree with her,” she pointed her and towards Cassie, (or Amaris) ”And you don’t have to worry about us if we get switched back and are knocked out, just worry about those people who are waiting for all of you.” She said more calmly to ease a little of the tension.

Llian just kept holding Juls, completely unwilling to let her go as he spoke with whomever. Jana, at the moment, who was extremely worried about Caleb. And Llian understood; everyone was worried about someone, even if that worry was for themselves, in a different body, apparently going through some intense physical symptoms.

He really did get why Jana wanted to go, and he was glad she saw why she couldn't. The last thing anyone needed was weak, untrained people trying to be brave and rush off into battle. "See, and just by caring and putting that energy into praying for him, you're helping," he pointed out. He was a big believer in the theory that whatever you put into the universe would come back to you. Karma, if you will. "Studies do show that sick people who are being prayed for, even if they don't know it, actually have a better healing rate," he commented.

"So don't feel like you're not doing anything. Because caring enough to worry about him is doing something."

That being said, he looked up at the others, who were beginning to argue about switching back versus going to the ritual to help. A momentary look of irritation flashed across his features, but it was gone before many people would even notice. "Would you just stop fighting?" he asked calmly, but firmly enough so that his voice would be heard.

"Cat is going to stay here and switch everyone while we go off to the ritual, so you'll be switched back even if you don't want to go," he pointed out.

Sick of dealing with the others, he looked back down at Juls before he actually had to go. "As much as I wish I could stay here with you..." He sighed, then lifted one of his hands to her chin, tilting it upwards. And then his lips met hers in a soft, short kiss.

All of this was honestly taking far too long for Lynx's liking, and she was beginning to get restless. They were hardly organized at all, they just kept bickering amongst themselves, and the Aurors were all standing around awkwardly, unsure of what they could do, or completely not paying attention.

"All right," she spoke up. "Cat, you're going to stay here. Everyone who is switched who wants to be switched back? For now, I'm going to have to ask you to be quiet and go stand off to the side," she said, pointing to an empty corner of the room to the right. "Cat will switch you back once we have made a plan and left."

She spoke assuredly, giving off the air that it wasn't a good idea to question her orders. "But first, Cat, I need to know where this ritual is. Everyone going: when you hear where it is, do NOT Disapparate there right away. We are going to need a plan of attack, not a random coalition of Aurors storming a place we are completely not ready to attack."

Looking around, she saw that a lot of people were not in good physical condition. "Those of you who are not comfortable apparating: you can wait here at the warehouse until we return to make Portkeys for all of you."

And one more bit of instruction. "Also, Aurors: I need one volunteer to stay behind and oversee the switches, then take the knife responsible into custody as evidence." She knew that no one was going to want to really stay, but it was rather important.

When the aurors started showing up, Jace couldn't really say he was happy about it. There were so many people already involved, that more and more just seemed to serve things being more impossible. Especially since the only reason he was still there, with Julie, was because there may be a possible fix for whatever she was poisoned with, if they helped.

However, he was pleased just a moment later when the head auror started giving out orders. She basically told him to bring Julie home, and he was more than happy to do that. Clearly, if they didn't have to help, if he could get her home and safe, and still get the same means? It was a great conclusion. Of course, he didn't really trust that Brandin would do things right; his trust was placed sparingly, and seeing what he had, he didn't actually like the man very much. Still, it was potions that made this mess, and potions that the other man was good at.

"Ready to go home?" It was more habit than anything else, and Jace just glanced around once more before just scooping Julie into his arms and apparating away.

Of course she would apparate to the wrong place first off. Apparation was never her strong point but once she got the hang of it and actually made it there she stayed quiet for instructions. Not everyone looked to be in the best shape or the best mood but who would be? The thought that anyone could be switched like was horrifying. Normally she probably wouldn't have volunteered for anything as she would have rather been more involved, but she wasn't so sure anyone did want to stay behind. She did want to help in whatever way possible anyways.

"I'll stay if that's okay."

It was probably curiosity amongst everything else but still.

Shawn had spent the last three months trapped behind a desk, as they all had. The chance to get away from that merlin-forsaken chair and actually engage in fieldwork had been a blessing. Not that doing mountains of paperwork wasn't fun, of course. He was thrilled, raring to go, and excited. He was staying to the side, waiting to see what his orders were exactly, when he heard a strangely familiar name, and looked around to see a familiar face. Talking to .. herself. Everyone was switched in that room, yes? He still knew her as 'Aphrodite' -- rather fondly, he might add -- but the first name had been strange enough that 'Amaris' stuck with him...and he'd just heard the full name. It was enough to make him want that chair back, because he was about to fall into it. Amaris Delis Tudor.

Was pregnant.

He wasn't exactly breathing. His eyes had widened, and his grip on his wand tightened as he paled. It wasn't processing. Pregnant? As in, nine months, ten months, depending, baby? She was having a baby, and that one night, couple of months back...he'd spent his whole childhood with sisters; he knew the timing was about right. He could be about to be a father. Bloody. Merlin. Damn. Hell. What? But... how? Of course, he knew how, but...

Maybe the baby wasn't his. Maybe there was another father. That was seriously possible, what were the odds of one night where neither had been thinking perfectly straight? She was clearly a vital, amazing woman, it was certainly possible...it was presumptive to assume, to go over and tell her her own business... or was it insulting to assume there might be another father? He didn't mean that the way it sounded, exactly. Just as a viable, option....

His head was spinning.

If he was the father, what was that going to mean? He wanted to be involved. He might have known since he was seven that he was never going to be 'that guy' (and everyone knows the guy he was talking about), but he wasn't a bloody dead-beat dad either. If he'd really just created a child, he wanted to do the right thing. He wanted to step up, be a part of their life, make sure they knew who he was, help take care of him or her...

He was so far ahead of himself it wasn't bloody funny. Back on topic. Battle...death eaters, ritual, fighting...right...

"Pregnant?!" It was just a simple, light outburst and he snapped his lips shut a moment later, eyes wide. He was looking at Amaris- the real Amaris, not her body, trying to convey the many, many thoughts he'd just had, that if the baby was his he or she wasn't ruining his life, that he understood, or wanted to help...

He may have just come off as looking terrified. Possibly because he was. He gripped his wand tighter and turned back to Lynx nodding to leave with her, and with Amaris...once she was switched back... they had other things to think about. Battle. Right. They could discuss this later. They had time. If the baby was even his. Baby.

She was pregnant.

Amaris had calmly assured Franco that she would do her very best to stay out of trouble. But, in all reality, trouble found her. It wasn't her fault that she was downright irresistable to the dangerous forces of nature. . .among a variety of other things. Cassie spoke up, and Amaris turned her head- very relieved to hear a sarcastic tone coming out of her mouth. That was familiar at least, not the bouncy happy nature that had come from Cassie finding out she was engaged. . .just the thought made her shudder again.

Amaris was actually kind of expecting Cassie to not want to switch back. . .she didn't want to put her baby at risk, but she really couldn't make Cassie stay just so she could play auror. She nodded at Cassie, "If you want to switch back now, we can, if Catalina agrees." That was the first time she had actually payed attention to how her own body was doing and was a bit surprised to see her already showing, just a bit. Well the, no wonder Cassie was so adamant about switching bodies immediately. Amaris pulled out Cassie's wand out of her pocket and, with a small excuse me, glamoured her small baby bump away. She looked up at Cassie and explained to her briefly and quietly, (everyone else was distracted elsewhere at least), "I'm still going to go, no matter what." It was her job, and damnit she had missed her job.

Her vanishing act, however, was too late for someone had already noticed her. . .predicament. It also happened to be the exact person she didn't want to find out, not right at that moment. Shawn. She turned her head towards him at his outburst, biting her lip a bit at the situation. Merlindamnit, she hadn't wanted for him to find out like this. She was sure she looked apologetic for a bit, not sure on what to be apologetic about, but she was anyways.

She could practically hear Mother Coco's "I told you so." Merlin, what a mess.

Juls was content to just lean against Llian, in his arms, as he talked to Jana, her attention momentarily going elsewhere as she heard the term 'wolfie'. It was like, an internal antenna for comments like that, and she knew, just knew, it had to be Andy. Who else? It was someone else's body, but she recognized the tone.

Maybe it was the hormones, maybe it was just the ordeal they'd gone through, maybe she was just sick of the complaining done about those who switched with wolves, or maybe she was just generally fed up at the prejudice. Either way, she was angry. Not...just angry, she was pissed.

Though, just because she was talking to someone else didn't mean she had to move. She just turned slightly.

"We have. Names. Andy. Names. You don't have to call us 'wolfie'. Stop being such a ~censored~ing bitch." Her tone was rather icy, but it was fire that showed in her eyes. She probably would have said more, gone on and completely flipped out, but Llian had turned his attention to the people arguing, and she just pressed her lips together, turning away.

Not, worth her time. She just kept thinking that.

It was probably better that she cut herself off, though, because right there she didn't have enough of a filter. There were other things to focus on and she really didn't feel like tolerance was one of them. And another argument wasn't something they really needed right then as a group, no matter how much she really did kind of want to get into it. Which was probably a bad thing. No, she didn't want to get into it. Yes, she wanted to be tolerant.

Yes, she was lying. Little judging...

Luckily, for herself and everyone else, Juls' attention was caught when Llian spoke to her again, just sighing out her anger. Her attention span was one thing at a time right then, and she'd much rather be focusing on him.

"I wish we could go home." She told him, lifting her face as he guided her to kiss him back. Basically? It had been too long since she'd been able to do that, and she really retained the feel of it, knowing her own uncertainty. Still, the kiss calmed her down the rest of the way, but she bit her lip, eyebrows furrowing as he pulled away, knowing he had to go.

"This is probably going to seem stupid but...just be careful, okay?"

Andy watched as Llian kissed Juls and she made a very loud gagging noise. "Watch out Llian, you might get a hairball from kissing her." She snapped at Llian, but the comment was directed at Juls. Sure she was at a very big disadvantage, stupid Meredith was noticibly weaker than she is, but she was willing to pick a fight, her babies weren't in danger. "Getting a little fat since we last met there, pup." She laughed, mocking the werewolf.

Cassie had ignored Andy's rambling about the switch, immediately disliking the woman as soon as she was referred to as 'wolfie'. Sure, she could call herself a wolfie all she wanted, but it wasn't prejudice when she did it. This Andy chick had meant it meanly, and that was not okay. Still, she let it slide, not wanting to get into a fight, especially not as Amaris.

Juls's comment made her smirk. Until Andy continued speaking. And then she turned to face Andy, her eyes narrowed. She was getting tired of her already.

"You know, you're acting extremely unprofessional here," Cassie stated. "You don't need to be such a bitch. Merlin, what have any of us actually done to you, or is it just the fact that we're wolves you don't like? What the hell is your problem? You don't see us running around insulting you because you're human. So really? Keep your mouth shut and stop trying to cause drama." She'd wanted to continue that with, 'or I'll kick your ass when I'm myself again,' but she refrained.

Sam nodded and smiled, content to just stay still for the moment. She knew she was probably being a little selfish, because Pierce had to go concentrate and do his job and save those people at the ritual. But she liked having him there, mostly because she trusted him to be able to take care of things, and the arm currently rubbing her back felt both soothing and secure, which was never exactly bad.

"Yeah, it will be amazing to see him again. Of course, I wouldn't let Lina take him while she was in my body, so Brett has actually spent a month without seeing his mother..." For a moment, her expression clouded as her thoughts traveled in a nomre unwelcome direction. What must her son think? He missed her, she knew he did, but how else would his young mind take such a long absence of his parent? Not well, that was for sure.

And Sean was probably ready to kill her. But, the smile returned to her face not even a moment later. There was no need to dwell on the past month and its events, because she was going to see Brett again, take him home with her, never let him out of her sight again...

Well, maybe after she rested a little. She swayed again, just standing, and knew that it probably wasn't a good idea to take care of a toddler until she could literally stand on her own two feet.

Hearing that Pierce was imperiused caused her expression to change to one of concern. That definitely explained a lot, why he hadn't seen her since she'd told him. Yes, hearing that he'd been ordered to poison someone - Kelly - was disturbing, but the first thing she said, gently but firmly, was, "Do not apologize for that. It's not your fault." She wrapped her arms tighter around him, stepping back into him for a hug. "It's amazing that you could break it. And I have no doubt in my mind that you guys will go stop that ritual and get Kel and the others back."

It must be hard being an Auror, to know that no matter how hard you fought, so many people didn't trust you anyways or thought you did nothing. It hadn't really occurred to Sam until that moment, when she saw them come in and saw that most people's reactions were to try and yell at them, change their decisions, or ignore them. Sam, however, actually did trust them, so she'd thought it important to mention the fact that she was confident in their abilities.

Looking up at Pierce, she was about to say 'be careful' but immediately thought better of it. He knew to be careful. It was his job, what he was trained to do. So she settled for, "Good luck."

Pierce O'Brian

Pierce noticed Sam's expression when she thought about her sun, and just spontaneously leaned down drop a kiss on the top of her head, "It'll be alright. I bet he is really missing you."

The displacement was just really visible to him, though he figured it was a good thing that this Lina person didn't take care of the little boy. His arms just tightened around her as she swayed a little more, and he asked, "Are you planning on waiting for someone to take you home? I think that might be a good idea..."

She wasn't in any shape to be apparating right then, and he was worried she was going to try just so she could be home again. Obviously, he didn't really see her wanting to just sit around here, but the way she looked and clearly was physically feeling, he just didn't think it was a good idea. Of course, it really wasn't up to h im either, so after his question, he didn't press about it.

Lynx was calling them back, to get ready to go, and although Pierce was really reluctant to let her go, he knew he had to. Still, he paused, thinking about it. It was amazing that he could break it, and he just figured that maybe he just was imperiused by someone who either had never done it before, or wasn't really into the spell. Either way, it was good for him.

When Sam wished him good luck, Pierce just smiled at her, just feeling generally better that she was there, in her own body, in his arms, and he was in control, about to go fix what he had possibly helped along.

In all honesty, Jana was even more startled as Llian kept talking. The simple gesture of him making eye contact, taking time to actually tell her that..she had to wipe at her eyes. She hadn't even realized tears were threatening to leak out, or that her voice had been shaking previously. So she waited a few moments, letting what he'd just said sink in as well as it was going to. She wanted to ask how he knew, if he really thought that Caleb knew she was concerned about him, but instead she just stood and sort of stared at Llian for a moment.

That...really, meant a hell of a lot. How did he even know to say that? Why was she asking that question? She had the feeling he wasn't even aware of what he was saying, but...she knew that him and Caleb didn't get along. He was okay with her dating Caleb, then? She hadn't even realized how guilty she'd felt about it, considering she did still care about Llian, and Caleb was his cousin...it really startled her. She knew that Llian barely had spoken to her since they'd broken up, besides when she "was Juls". She knew that he probably wasn't aware of it, or how hurt she'd been by it, because they were both moving on. And that was good. That was healthy.

And it still meant a lot that he'd just said that. Was it true? She really did hope it was true, that Caleb knew she was worrying for him. That she might actually be doing something helpful, because sitting there bloody pointlessly was going to drive her insane. So she chose to believe it. Believe that Caleb knew, that he was aware of how much she cared, that it was going to help him.

She nodded at Llian and said simply why wiping at her eyes again,

"Thanks. That really means a lot."

She honestly just rolled her eyes at Andromeda; when was she not like that? That bloody prejudice of hers still made Jana's skin crawl, but she just leaned back against the wall, gripping her own arms even tighter.

"Bring him back." It wasn't a request. It was spoken civilly, but there was a hell of an 'or else' on the end of that, and she shut her eyes a second later, wanting them to just get-the-hell-out-of-there. Then she thought about it, opened her eyes and looked at Andy. Of course. No-one knew Juls was pregnant except herself, Juls, and she thought Juls had said she'd told a friend. That was it. Andy didn't know what she was getting at, and she absolutely bloody refused to let Llian find out that way. This was supposed to be happy news for him, not a punchline for Andy. So she smiled sweetly at her, adding simply,

"It's not your life, and it's not your business."

She'd had it, with Andy assuming she could pass judgment on someone because of their bloodline, if they were were wolves, vampires, whatever...she didn't care. And really, she knew it was simply because they were with Llian, either now, or at some point, and that drove her insane. "Shut the hell up for once, would you and just go do something actually decent?"

Llian was honestly a little surprised when Juls snapped at Andy, only because he hadn't been paying attention to her and what she was saying. But judging from what Juls had said, Andy was... being Andy.

Irritated, he looked over at her when she spoke again, taunting Juls. "Andy, I really wish you could just see past your prejudices and learn that Juls is an amazing woman. And honestly: werewolves are people, you know."

It was all he wanted to devote to saying on the matter. What Andy was saying really just wasn't even worth his time. They had more important things to be thinking about. Dropping his head to look at Juls, he just said, "Don't pay any attention to her. It's not worth your time."

When Jana thanked him, he just nodded, still waiting to find out where he was supposed to be going for this thing.

Juls literally had to bite her tongue in order not to respond to Andy, once again. She didn't look down to see if she was showing when Andy commented on her weight, though she paled. Having not been in her own body for a month? Juls really didn't know. She knew she was three months along, but that was simple counting, not anything solid. It was a conscious effort not to put her hand on her stomach, and see if there were changes herself. This was...neither the time nor place for that conversation, and so she just forced herself to move on, rolling her eyes. Petty jealousy, much?

However, she was a little surprised, looking over, when Jana snapped at Andy too, protecting Juls' secret, and she smiled at her, just a little bit, gratefully. It was pointless though. Andy either didn't have the capacity to adapt to the new age or she was just too think-sculled to care. Juls suspected it was a little bit of both, and so she just sighed when even Llian berated her over it. Or...sort of. Either way, when he told her not to pay attention to Andy, she sighed. "I know. It's just been a trying day." Month? But it was true; Juls usually did just ignore her on it.

Instead of focusing on that, Juls leaned up and kissed Llian again. Yes, she knew he was about to leave, but he wasn't gone yet, was he?

Sam nodded with a little smile. "You're right. Everything will be fine."

Of course, that didn't change the fact that, for the moment, everything was still spinning, and she didn't even know how she was actually standing. So her response to Pierce was, "Yeah, I'm just going to wait. I just got this body back. Don't want to ruin it by splinching myself and losing a leg or something," she joked. Although, trying to apparate in her condition probably would lead to something like that.

"I'm sure if these next people get switched normally instead of getting woken up in a rush, one of them would be more than happy to take me home while they're feeling normal," she said.

"And... I guess you have to go," she said, just a little reluctant to see him go. But, he had an important job to do.

When Lynx told her to say where they were supposed to go, Cat replied, "It's the Ancient Circle," along with a basic description of where to find it. Although, she figured that was almost common knowledge. The Ancient Circle was pretty well known, whether one took it as the truth or looked at it as a mere myth.

Though she was disappointed when she found that one Auror was going to be staying to take the knife, one look at Silver told her that she could probably get the best of her and sneak the knife out with her. As much as she hated using it, she didn't want to give it up. She could learn important things from it, and she was positive that Brandin would want to study it.

When Cassie and Ama mentioned being switched then, Cat nodded and went to switch them back. It was the same process as the other two, and she woke them up afterwards, because one of them had wanted to go. She thought it was Ama.

As soon as she had the location, Lynx was ready to apparate out. She was very familiar with where the Ancient Circle was. And really, it made sense for the person doing the ritual to use it, just from reputation alone.

Looking around, she reminded everyone, "Remember: apparate to the woods outside of it so we can assess the situation and make a plan before just going in there blindly."

And then she was gone.

Cassie had been extremely grateful when Catalina agreed to switch them back. What she hadn't thought about was how she was going to get back home. She'd seen Juls and Jana, and how messed up they were from the switching, so she figured Apparating... would be dangerous. She'd do it anyway, just 'cause... some things were more important.

When she'd woken up from being switched back, her head was spinning. She felt ridiculously disoriented, dizzy. Yeah, this was going to be crazy interesting to accomplish. She leaned against the wall for a while, just enough to get some strength back. She needed all she could muster to Apparate. Stupid decision, and she'd probably end up in China, but dammit, she missed Jake and she wasn't going to wait around for her head to stop pounding.

"Thank you so much for taking care of my body," she said to the real Amaris as she handed the gun that Amaris had put in her pocket over to her. Merlin, it felt almost strange to be in her own body. "I'll definitely see you later."

So, then she left. She Apparated away as soon as she could blink without causing intense pain to the rest of her body.
