The lounge is somewhere to relax and maybe even a peaceful place to talk. There's a small circular table in the room with two chairs on other side but there are other chairs in the room if those are needed as well. It's one long rectangle of a room and it may seem small, but it suits its purpose. |

The ship had just begun to start its voyage but already there was trouble. The intercome crackled and then came to life with an indistinguishable voice speaking on the other end voicing an announcement that reached the entire ship... Have you noticed something missing in your rooms? Or some you at all? Material items are so petty. Are you really that selfish? Don't worry, I'm sure your things will be well looked after... We have of course at least left you with something to wear to dinner; your normal attire just won't do. |

For the second time the intercom crackled and then came to life with the same voice speaking from it. At this time everyone is to get ready and make their way to the dining hall for dinner. There are no exceptions. You'll find that you have free choice of where you want to sit, and the servers have already set out your first meal. Enjoy. |

The intercom crackled and came to life again and the same voice came over the speaker that sounded through out the ship. Since you've played round one so well let's play round two. There's another significant someone hidden away on this ship, and I do believe I owe you a clue. Being boxed in can't be any fun. I don't think she really wanted to play this game anyways. Maybe if you hurry you can save her like the last. But I wouldn't bet on that. |

Amaris had, upon exiting the cargo hold, started walking aimlessly. She had no idea where her sore, bruised, covered-in-dried-blood legs were taking her. But she couldn't be around other people at the moment. She was on a ship where people kept dropping dead -actually, she remembered with a wince, hanging dead- and it was all because of some sick and twisted person's idea of a good time. She whispered "Bloody hell" to herself before she laughed silently at the irony in that situation. They WERE in a bloody hell, and she could be a perfect example of the 'bloody' adjective. Finally deciding to pay attention to where she was, Amaris was surprised that she had arrived at a lounge of some sorts. She was immediately attracted to the chairs around the room seeing as how it had been hours since she had been sitting down, and her feet were very much complaining. Not caring that her dress could stain the chair, ha! she hoped it would, she sat down on the nearest one. Immediately cognizant of the pain in her legs, Amaris groaned and pulled her left leg up so she could inspect what was wrong. Well first the sole of her feet were rubbed raw from all the running up and down the freaking ship, she had stepped on shards of glass and splinters and Merlin knows what down in the cargo room (she refused to think about what had happened down there) and she hadn't bothered pulling them out, so her walking only caused them to go deeper into her foot. "Great." she muttered under breath before wincing when she poked the heel of her foot. That was going to be unpleasant. But for now she just pulled her knees up to her chest and hugged them close to her, not caring that her dress had ridden up, and just sat there and thought on what she would do if she was ever face to face with the creeps that had done this, and also tried to think about the two bodies with the letter 'I' carved into their cheeks (she had regretabbly overhead of the other incident as she made her way up the cargo room), and what said 'I' could possibly mean. A signature? Or some sort of 'wear-your-sin' scenario like the book The Scarlet Letter? Nothing made sense, the letter 'I' could well be the roman numeral one; or even just a sideways 'H. And still she just kept sitting and thinking, and thinking and sitting. Well it was better than jumping overboard...for now. Edited by Amaris Tudor, Jun 13 2009, 11:04 PM.

There was an odd sound that had been much too faint to be heard but now it was increasing in volume. You could hear it in every part of the ship like an eerie echo, but it seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at once... ....tick.....tick....tick....tick...... |

The intercom came to life with the same old crackle of static and then the same voice came across in very much the same manner as it had done countless times already... Well then, a big congratulations to Tanya. You did after-all save a life. But now it's about time we got down to business don't you think? By now you've seen your share of horrors but I'm sure this is one cruise you want over, but now now don't be rude--you'll miss our finale! Haven't you heard it? ...Tick....tick.....tick.... Click Can you find it in time? Goodness death can be so sublime...I suppose you'll need a hint no? I'm round, I'm brown; I'm centered, I'm turned. If you need me I can tell you the time... Better hurry. |
