"You're really starting to freak me out," Tree said, though he came no closer to Glenn. "You're absolutely sure that you're alright?" |

She watched him carefully. "I had another one of those vision prophecy things," she said, quietly, knowing what his reaction to the first had been. And he'd just heard about those. "It was you..." She shook her head, and frowned. "It didn't tell me anything new. You fell again..." She sighed. "I'm sorry... it's not very clear." |

Tree shook his head. "Okay, so you're having visions of me dying. I'm sure that that has very little significance." After a moment, he walked over and scratched behind Mimi's ears, sitting next to Glenn. "Sweet kitty," he murmured, grinning. |

"It has a ton of significance," she said. "I don't want you to die, Blu would be heartbroken - merlin, Tree, you didn't see her, when she first figured out I was seeing you - it was like everything that was in her just..disappeared. It was awful." She also found Tree amusing, and maybe she would see him again - but not if he was dead. "Mimi is adorable," she said, repeating what she'd said earlier. "What happens to her if you die?" |

Tree frowned slightly, sitting back slightly at the mention of his sister. "She... I don't want to hurt her. Glenn, I really doubt that I'm going to- what was it, fall out of a treehouse? And die? I don't know anywhere around there that there's a treehouse, love," he informed her. "What do you expect me to do? Never go up another flight of steps so that I don't fall down them and die? Never leave the ground?" |

She watched him, and then glanced down at Mimi, quite unable to meet his eyes. "I'm not saying you can't leave the ground. The fact that I saw you fall out of a treehouse doesn't mean you're going to die that way. I think it was part of a way of identifying who you were, at first. And now it's just there." She shook her head. "It just means that something might happen to you - and there's a chance it could be self inflicted, it could be accidental, it could be someone else. I don't know, nothing about divination is ever clear." Glenn frowned. "I'm not your love," she said, sharply, unsure why the remark unsettled her. |

Tree raised his eyebrows. "Well, it would seem to me as though you're talking in circles. The man in the treehouse is me. No, it's not me. I'm going to die. No, I'm not actually dying. What do you know?" He grinned, getting up and putting his coffee cup in the sink. "It's a figure of speech... love. I say it to Mimi all of the time and she's clearly not, in any way, romantically attached to me." |

"I never said it wasn't you!" she said, blushing furiously. "It was definitely you, I saw your face." She hated that he was challenging her - she didn't like the fact that she'd had visions about him, of all people, but she had. "You're in danger. That danger most likely involves death. I don't know who will be hurting you - it could be anyone, even yourself." She glanced back at Mimi, and stroked the cat's fur, not watching him get up or walk to the sink. "I don't care if it's a figure of speech. I'm not a cat, and it bothers me." |

Tree chuckled. "I never said that you were a cat, though I might note that you snarl just like one when aggravated." "Now, Glenn, exactly what is it that I can do that will make this horrifying visions of yours vanish?" Tree asked, struggling to keep his voice serious. |

She glared. He was laughing at her. And he wasn't taking her seriously. "I'm not aggravated!" she snapped at him, totally avoiding the fact that he really was bothering her, for some reason. "I have no idea. Don't die? Tell me you're not suicidal and mean it? - that seems like the most likely cause of death, though, suicide - maybe you should go talk to Blu. I don't know, I just want to know you two have made amends or whatever. That way it'll be...less of a fear that something will happen without you saying good bye. That's something would happen to either of you." |

"Blu and I aren't fighting," Tree said coldly, all sense of cheerfulness entirely gone. He stood up and crossed his arms, now more than slightly irritated. "I love my sister and I don't plan on killing myself." He grimaced, sitting back down. "You can't understand. My sister is better off without me- she was getting married pretty soon, last I saw her. As long as she knows I'm alive, I daresay she'll be okay." |

Glenn stared at her hands, and didn't speak for a very long moment. She didn't know what to say, and she hated it. "I'm sorry," she said. "I shouldn't have said anything - shouldn't have even come, should have just sent an owl or something." When he sat back down, she stood up, not bothering to fix her shirt, which was hitched up in the back. "If she did get married, she's still Blu Moone..." She shrugged. "She misses you. I know I'd miss Dev if he left and never wrote to me." She was pacing now, really frustrated, both with herself and with him. Why wasn't this going right? |

What unsettled Tree the most about what Glenn had said was that Blu was still 'Blu Moone'. She had always hated their last name and joked that she was getting married as quickly as possible to get rid of it- so why would she have kept her maiden name? He shook off the thought, looking at Glenn. "I miss her too," he said after a moment. "Maybe... We could... should... go visit?" |

Glenn didn't add that she honestly didn't think Blu was married. Obviously, he didn't know if she was or wasn't - oh, that was so brotherly... She stopped pacing and smiled at him. "That'd be great," she said, sincerely. "I really...I think she'd appreciate that. A lot." She crossed over to him and offered her hand. "Now?" |

He nodded, taking her hand. "Now," he said simply. |

Glenn nodded, and apparated them both back to St. Mungo's - she wasn't sure if Blu would still be there. |

Tree had barricaded himself into his flat. Childish, he knew, but also sort of necessary until he properly had sorted out his thoughts. So, having moved his two armchairs in front of the door, he sat down on the couch, attempting to do just that. |

Glenn knocked on the door to Tree's flat - she was not in the mood to deal with him opening the door shirtless again, so she figured she'd give him some warning. "Tree?! It's Glenn. I'm coming in now..." She really hoped that was okay. But when she tried the door? It was rather stuck shut, and it was rather forcibly done so. Was he blocking it on purpose? "Terrence Moone! Open the door and let me in right now..." She was actually starting to get really worried. Why would he lock the door? |

"Glenn," Tree groaned, getting up, but deciding against opening the door. "Look, I really don't want to see you or Blu right now. So this is a waste of both of our time..." He sat down again, picking up the newspaper and ignoring her forcible pounding on the door pointedly. |

She stopped knocking. "You don't want to see me?" she said. "I'm not here on Blu's orders - she doesn't know I came, although she might guess." Glenn signed. "You know I'm going to find a way in there, let me in!" |
