Tigs, Jordan, and Ramon apparated into an alley by the Maj, deep in the alley, but not so much they couldn't see around them. Tigs let go of them both and skipped forward, looking around them greedily. It'd been such a long time since she was home, but this wasn't exactly anything like she grew up in. So over all, it was a rather weird adjustment from the dirty London.

A moment of looking around, and then she noticed something. Or rather, someone. "Founndddd youuu..." Tigs grinned, speaking under her breath. They had landed in an alley besides the Maj, but their prey was across the way.

"I spy, with my little eye..."

Emma wasn't quite sure how long she was sat crouch in the entance of the alley opposite Majeste D'ivoire, waiting for Matthew to possibly arrive but it felt like hours. Her leg muscles were cramping up. People had come and gone along the street; customers had entered the cafe and several left but no Matthew.

She was all about ready to get up and apparate to the next spot she thought he could possibly be, when she caught a glimpse of movement in the alleyway across the way, right next to the cafe. Thinking it could possibly be Matthew, Emma drew her wand from her pocket and tucking the parcel furher under her arm, headed across the street, ducking into the opposite alleyway. "Hello? Anyone there?"

After appearing in the Maj, it took Ramon a few breif seconds to orient himself. As he examined his surroundings he heard Tiger's quiet comment and turned to see where she was looking. It was then he caught sight of the woman crouching in the alley across the street. He grinned and was about to order every one to advance when...incredibily, the woman began to make her way across the busy stree towards their alley.

Hoods off He said quietly. The hoods would only draw more attention to them if they were seen out in public and after all...Emma knew two of them and she was just as likely to run from three DE in uniform as she was to run from Tiger and Ramon.

He stepped lightly into the shadows Jordan...while we destract her it would be wonderful if you could set up some anti-aperition wards for us

Tigs grinned the moment Ramon started giving orders, but she bit back her commentary, as Emma would no doubt recognize her voice.

She did wait until Emma was past her though, before she pulled off her hood, spinning to stand in the middle of the entrance to the Alley.

"You are?" Tigs responded cheerfully. carelessly announcing her presence. Either way she'd realize they were there in just a moment. Tigs just liked to be first.

"Long time no see hun. How's your husband?"

Jordan automatically slid off her hood as she figured she would anyway. She didn't even know the Auror they were after so. As Ramon asked about wards, Jordan nodded.

"Of course."

It wouldn't be that hard to do. As it was she took out her wand to be ready.

Why on earth Emma had just stepped into the alleyway alone, away from the eyes of passers-by she'd never know. Her only defence was that her mind was elsewhere and she'd thought it could possibly have been Matthew in that alley way. How wrong she was.

She took serveral steps forward, wondering after a step or two if she had possibly been mistaken and had just imagined the movement or that perhaps it was just a cat... She was just a tad off the mark as she paused, hearing footsteps behind her and the sound of a very familiar voice. A Tiger's. Emma spun round on the spot, glad she had her wand already in her hand as she raised it warily. Tigs stood between her and the exit, which was a tad unnerving.

"What the hell are you doing here? Shouldn't you be off chasing mice, like a good little alley cat? Oh wait. We are in an alley," Emma glared at the woman standing in her way, not bothering to hide her surprise or loathing. Her eyes narowed at the mention of Kevin. "You leave him out of this."

Ramon chuckled at the contrast between Tiger's bouncy attitude and Emma's loathing one as he too stepped out of the deep shadows. Good evening Mrs. D'Aburgine...so thoughtful of you to join us here in this fine establishment. He glanced around the alley then shrugged.

Aand...in a manner of speach...she IS chasing mice...or a mouse as the case may be He shook his sleeve, allowing his own wand to fall into his hand. However, he kept it down, making no threatening gesture with it...yet.

Emma's eyes widened momentaily as a second figure stepped out of the shadows and was soon recognisable as Ramon Vaqueraz. Tigs, Emma wasn't paticulaly fussed about but two such high ranking Death Eaters against one Auror... that was hadly preferable odds. Emma's eyes narrowed, remaining silent as she took in what Ramon had to say. So she was the mouse; she'd walked right into their trap. Typical. Just bloody typical.

Taking a step forward, Emma lifted her wand an inch or two, wary of their actions. "What the hell do you want? I'm here on private business."

"And you are the mouse." Tigs supplied, her grin just widening as she instead twirled her wand through her fingers instead of her body moving.

"I'll assume you know cats like to play with their food...?"
Tigs tilted her head and slid her gaze over the woman's shoulder for just a moment, shrugging.

"Bring him into what? I asked a simple question. How he is isn't that hard to answer, is it?"

Getting the wards to work wasn't all that difficult. Not since she had to do the same before in other situations. Still, even after Jordan was positive it was set she kept her distance. It was more fun to supply her input when she saw fit rather than jumping in. Or at least she figured as such. With her wand in hand she only took a few steps forward instead.

Emma didn't need it spelt out for her; she knew she was the mouse, stuck between two very smug cats. Why hadn't she just waited in the opposite alley? If it were Matthew, he'd have had to leave the alley to get to the cafe anyway. She was mentally kicking herself. They were stood between her and her easiest exit and Tigs''s glancing over her shoulder was a tad unnerving. Wand still up, Emma glanced the direction she had been looking, out of the corner of her eyes but saw nothing. She was just toying with her. That was all.

Emma narrowed her paused before answering Tigs's question. "Kevin is just fine. Not that you really even care. And if you don't mind I was just about to leave before you lot showed up." She caught sight of a third figure stepping from the shadows and now was more than a little unnerved about the odds. She had one more chance of escape. Imagining the cemetery, which was going to be her next spot to search out Matthew Emma tied to Apparate.

Nothing happened. She tried again. Still, nothing. She shot an accusatory glare at the three before her. It didn't take an idiot to figure out one of them had put up a anti-apparation ward/ "What do you want?" Emma repeated again, her grip on her wand tightening.

Ramon watched in mild amusement as she strained her face, trying to apperate. Once...Twice...well at least the girl had the sense not to try a third time. He chuckled. Well there is the issue right at hand...we actually do mind if you leave

He glanced at Tigs then looked back at Emma...she was obviously starting to panic. Well...as I can only speak for myself...I would just like to talk to you for a little while...you know...a nice little chat.

He shrugged...not that he honestly expected her to come calmly with them but he didnt loose anything by offering.

Tigs pouted.

"Didn't you know it's rude to answer questions with a 'not that you care'? Why would I ask otherwise?" But clearly Ramon was getting to business, so she quieted down, and crossed her arms. Oh poo, this part was boring.

Just to get Emma riled up, Tigs seriously tilted her head, and answered, "Yes. Ramon would like to talk to you, and while that's going on, I have a little visit to make."

"Didn't you know, Tigs? Auror's are never polite," Jordan quipped as she heard Tiger.

As much as they went on about manners and crap they really didn't hold to it. Still she was glad to see the apparation wards had worked. Good.

Okay so they wanted her but as to why they wanted her, Emma had no idea other than perhaps the fact that she was an Auror.

She raised her eyebrows at Ramon's words, not liking them one bit and took a few steps back, soon realizing she'd reached the back of the alley as her foot hit a dumpster behind her. Great, just great. She was trapped. Emma hated feeling trapped. "Sorry if I don't conjure up a tray of tea and biscuits but you really don't strike me as the nice little chat kind of a guy." She shot a glare at the Death Eater she didn't recognize. "You can keep quiet. You don;t exactly strike me a woman who minds her P's and Q's."

Emma tried to ignore Tigs' comment but her head snapping round at the mention of her making a little visit. "Don't you dare!" Wand raised, Emma fired off a Stupefy in Tigs' direction followed by and an Impedimenta in both Ramon's direction and that of the third Death Eater. She was rapped and there was no other way out but to fight, even if the odds were terribly against her.

Ramon maintained the slightly detatched, amused expression as he listened to Tiger. Well Tiger if thats the case I should probably let Kevin know so he can put the kettle on. He looked back over to Emma.

Oh its perfectly alright...allow me he raised his wand as if to conjure the trey himself. But then the auror was fireing spells and he sighed, throwing up a slanted, half-hearted shield, diflecting it up rather then stopping it.

Well Tiger my dear...it would seem that this woman is a tad bit overprotective...that would sure as hell explain why Kevin does such a bad job at every thing though...his wife barely lets him off his leash!

Emma knew it was useless to even be trying to fight against them on her own and it was only confirmed as Ramon deflected her spell with ease. She had tried to ignore his earlier comment; they were just trying to annoy her, rile her up. She had to try an let what they said just wash over her but it was hard and Ramon's next words only succeeded in angering her more.

"How dare you!" she spat, eying them with disdain. "You know nothing. If I'm just a tad overprotective it'd e because of her!" Emma shot a glance at Tigs, firing off a Sectumsempra this time in each of their directions - the third having not yet quite earned one. "Kevin is on no such lead. He does as he pleases and he does a fine job." She had to wander how they knew where to find her. "You want to talk, so talk. How'd you find me, anyway?"

It really was amusing just how much aurors didn't understand. Had the woman rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't care, Tiger would have grown bored with the prospect. Instead, Emma just offered up a game.

Silly woman.

"Don't I dare what?" She winked at Ramon though, and corrected, "We won't be needing it...I'm not planning on having biscuits."

Tsk tsk. She was crossing the line a bit, wasn't she? Good thing she didn't care.

After a moment though, she waved her wand, throwing a rat in the way of the spell, letting it drop limply to the ground. "Never took you to be one to abuse animals..." Ah, but then again...

Mmmm. Fun. "He'll go berserker eventually. And that, my dear, will be quite tragic for you."

A beat later, and Tigs began to smirk, "Did he like his little present? I dare say they might work a tad bit better, for next time."

This time, the spell hit her, barely, and she looked down distastefully at her arm. Blood. Hers tended to flow quite often, didn't it? Wonderful.

Emma's grip tightened on her wand so much so that she almost feared it would snap in her grasp as she listened to Tiger's attempts to make her blood boil. She knew she was just pushing her and Emma was trying not to let her see the pot boil over. She was going to store it all up and let it boil over at some other date and really teach Tigs not to mess with other womens husbands. "Kevin is very competent at his work, so I don't see that happening anytime soon."

Despite trying not to let Tigs get to her anymore, her next words really caught Emma's attention and it was impossible to stop her gaze snapping up to hers in confusion. Presents? Next time? What was she on about? Emma thought back to the presents she had seen Kevin open under the tree at Christmas but was sure she couldn't recall anything addressed from Tigs. Then again, just because she hadn't seen them, didn't mean they weren't there. Kevin hadn't seen Katie's gift from Matthew.

"What presents?" Emma asked guardedly. And what do you mean by, next time?" Something about this really unnerved her. Emma was momentarily distracted by her spell hitting its mark, a small satisfied smirk, briefly passing her lips. Tigs was up to something.

Ramon spread his arms wide, only to have to bring them in in time to block the next spel. You know its the trait of a weak minded person to blame your own problems on others Ramon quipped.

If you would like me to begin to list that which your husband has done a crap job for I will gladly do so. In his breif bowt as Head auror he managed to: lose controll of Azkeban, lose the same ICDE twice...though considering his and said ICDE past history this isnt that surprising...and finally managed to forget an auror and allow him to be taken prisoner...yes my dear Im afraid your gallant husband has done a shitty job.

He laughed at her question though. My dear Mrs. D'Aburgine...you left us a splendid note explaining everything!
