"I love you." She whispered to his shirt, okay for the minute to just stay where she was. And she did. She just stayed there for a minute, and then stood up, quickly passing her wrists over her eyes for a split second - those weren't acceptable right now.

"Do you know who's taking care of the twins, and Kat, and Em?"

"I love you too."

When Harm stood up he let her go and moved to sit more on the edge of the couch. He wasn't sure if sitting or standing was better at this point. The fact he hadn't slept much if at all in the last few days didn't help matters either.

"My dads watching them."

Last he heard anyways.

"Ella must have left them with him when she decided to follow Davis."

Calling him Davis was more suitable. Ryder was his first name and that made it personal--Ryder not being considered a friend anymore warrented the use of the last name.

Harm just nodded when Dante said the kids were with David. First, she was going to bring Angel over there - little girls didn't need to be in hospitals for these reasons - and then they were going to go. That was the plan. And then she would come up with something else to keep them all sane.

"I'll be right back." She murmured, darting up the stairs. Not ten minutes later she was walking through the front door, clothes of the girls' in her hands. She knew how much those hospital gowns sucked.

"Let's go."

After the entire virus incident and spending months in the hospital worried about whether Harm would be okay or not, it really was the last place he wanted to go to. The fact he was worried about his sister's overshadowed that however and he waited till Harmony came back and he nodded as he took her hand only to disapparate the next second.

To say the day hadn't been eventful would be a flat out lie. Usually he was at home and instead he had been all over the place, but when he finally did get home he wasn't alone. It seemed like one note after another didn't it? Speaking to Davis hadn't been on Dante's top ten of things he wanted to do that day, but he had. It was the news he was currently trying to comprehend. Dante didn't think Ryder was lying, he had no reason to about that.

Still Kat was standing in front of him while he sat on the couch. He had broken a graham cracker in half and now hid a piece in one hand, but held both hands out to her that he had in a fist. One way to keep her occupied while he thought of how to let Harm know.

"Which hand?"

Kat looked at both his hands and then finally put both of her small hands over his left fist as she looked at him.

"'Dis one?"

Learning that Davis had in fact put a silencing charm on Kat for the sake of ensuring she wouldn't say anything was something that had made Dante the most angry. Now they knew why she never talked, but it so was stupid. What the hell was Kat going to say? She was only two for merlins sake. Dante opened his hand to show the graham cracker and her face lit up at the sight of being right. Giving it to her she gladly took it.

"You better enjoy that because I don't know what will happen when Harmony gets in here," he joked, then glancing in the general direction of the stairs. "Panther! Could you come here for a minute?"

Harm had been upstairs playing go fish when Angel - she had been very upset to find all the adults played without her, and it'd been non-stop since then - when she heard Dante call her, and she set down her cards, winking at Ang.

"I'll be right back. No peeking!"

Angel just rolled her eyes and grabbed one of her books to wait.

Harm dusted herself up from the floor and then made her way down the stairs, her hand on her stomach. When she saw Kat, she just smiled, and asked Dante, "Do we have babysitting duty tonight?"

She was expecting to see the twins and Emma around as she came into the room, but they were absent.

"Uh, not exactly," Dante answered as Harm came down the stairs. "She's...well maybe you want to sit down before I tell you?"

He glanced at Kat who hadn't budged just yet but instead was looking at Harm and said 'hi' before she shyly looked away. Which he was glad she was talking because after having the damned silencing spell on her for so long he had wondered if it had done any damage. He didn't see that it did so far.

Harm arched an eyebrow when he told her to sit down, and her immediately question was, "Where is Ella? Is she in the kids okay?"

That was just the first scenario that would come to mind as why they would have Kat all by herself. But she still sat down, sitting on the coffee table in front of them. When Kat spoke though, her eyes widened a little bit, and she glanced at Dante before smiling at Kat and holding her arms out for a hug, "Hi sweetie."

"Their fine and safe," Dante assured her, not having figured that exact response.

He had promised Ella not to say to a word to Harm about what happened with Gryphin and he agreed, but that wasn't what he had to try and explain. Kat bought him time as he looked at her as she took Harm's invitation and hugged her.

"First off, I can only explain what I know because I don't think I got the entire story," he started. "I mean I don't know the how wouldn't I know, but I guess this all went on when me and Sam wanted a break and then I heard she died.."

Okay he was getting ahead of himself and probably not helping. He didn't think mentioning Sam was a good idea just because of the entire Silver incident and having to explain that to Harm. She was a part of the situation however.

"Ryder sent me a note a little bit ago and I didn't honestly want to talk to him but I went anyways. He explained a lot of things, but...one that's most important is Kat isn't his sister. It was a lie. He took her after he murdered Sam. She's..." Why was it so hard to say it? Probably because he didn't believe it just yet. "Katherine's my daughter."

Looking at Kat while he talked he couldn't help but try and pick out similarities between either him or Sam. He had done that earlier actually.

Harm hugged Kat, but her attention was on Dante's story. Except for, she was really confused. Her expression just became impassive as he brought up Sam. Because Sam was just a part of their story, wasn't it? He broke up with Sam, started dating her. Sam died. Silver looked like Sam. Jordan said Dante had hallucinations of her.

Her expression didn't change as he said he got something from Ryder, though she was more showing no emotion because she didn't want to scare Kat. Honestly? Just the name brought a hot flash of fury, and she had to look away, up at the ceiling, lest her eyes started showing that as well. And the fact that Dante went off to meet him, without telling her? That worried her a little bit. Or, she would have been worried, if he wasn't sitting in front of her, looking perfectly fine.

Yet, the conclusion to his story? That shocked her. That shocked her a lot. "Your daughter?" She whispered, looking down at Kat again, eyes only clouded by confusion. She'd never seen much of Kat, nor did she pay attention to features. It was stated that Kat was Ryder's sister, and they all trusted that. There was no reason to think otherwise. But...Dante had a daughter.

"Oh." That seemed to be all she could get herself to say at the moment, and she just fell silent.

Dante didn't know how it would all go over or if she would believe him. Hell it did sound crazy and even he was having a hard time letting it sink in. He believed it sure, because if she was in fact Ryder's sister why just hand her off? That didn't seem right. He wondered too what Ella thought seeing as Kat would have had been taken from Morvanna Manor.

Harmony's reaction honestly didn't help his unease at telling her. If she wasn't....okay with it? He had no idea what the right wording he was looking for was, but if she wasn't whichever he was attempting to say, then what did he do? He had the impulse to apologize and say he was sorry. Why he didn't know. Probably because Sam was finding a way to somehow get in their lives by means of someone else. That wasn't Kat's fault though.

Standing up, Dante was just as uneasy as he ran a hand through his hair, his back to Harm.

"Ella can probably watch her, I mean. She's stayed with her for this long. If you don't.....I don't know what I'm trying to say."

Turning back around he looked at Harm, only glancing at Kat for a second as she was going for the other half of the graham cracker that was on the coffee table beside Harm.

Harm watched him stand up and turn his back to them, and she smoothed her hand over her stomach once, sighing. Four kids. Angel got not only two little brothers, but a little sister to top it off. A little sister that really was Dante's. Harm could only imagine just how that was going to be taken, but for the moment, she was just trying to wrap her mind around it.

Her silence apparently caused him to keep talking though, and she looked up at him with his words.

"If I don't want her?" Harm finished his sentence softly, shaking her head slightly. "You took in mine and made her yours, why wouldn't I do the same?"

Four kids. That ridiculous notion she had about Sam was just going to have to go away. She wouldn't ever turn a child away.

Dante was still getting used to the new information and yet he had to explain to Harm. Which he wasn't sure how he felt anymore about the topic. He needed time to just think, and he would at some point. There was still that crazy impulse to apologize that he was choosing to ignore but he was pretty much done ignoring that as he said a quiet 'I'm sorry'. Logically he figured that wasn't needed, but he had said it.

Sitting back down on the couch he wasn't entirely sure what else to say so he decided to explain at least one thing he did know of for certain.

"He put some silencing charm on her she couldn't talk."

It wasn't his goal to have Harm angry over Ryder at all, he was just explaining. And Kat who had found the last piece of the graham cracker turned to give it to Dante, apparently wanting him to hide it again for her which he did and waited for her to pick where she thought it was.

Harm frowned when he apologized, sitting back on the couch, and she got up, sitting next to him, wrapping her arms around his waist - as his hands were busy for Kat (she found that incredibly adorable). His comment about the silencing charm just made her hate Ryder even more - really? Who put spells on babies? That wasn't acceptable, at all.

But she didn't mention it right then, and she leaned against his shoulder, smiling down at Kat as she said, "We're going to have four little ones running around, Hermit. Think we can handle it?"

Two girls, and two boys. They definitely had enough rooms, that wasn't the problem. Actually, as far as she could think, there was no problem. Kat was family, and family belonged together.

"The Dante Morvanna strain of six." She rearticulated, laughing silently.

"That." Kat pointed to the left again but then shook her head. "No!" And pointed to the other. She obviously couldn't make up her mind right then.

Feeling Harm sitting with him was a relief actually because things didn't seem so tense as before. As Kat picked a hand he opened it up to show nothing. He had put in the same hand on purpose and she frowned a little before trying to pry his other hand open with her little fingers. Game over. Now she just wanted the graham cracker which Dante handed over.

"I get if you have to get used to this," he told Harm, "because I have to too. I mean...It's just weird I guess. I had no idea."

Harm couldn't help but smile at them playing the...whatever it was called game, and the little frown on Kat's face was incredibly cute. It honestly? Was just another example of how great Dante was with kids. His inventive ways to make things better, playing little games with them without looking like he was bored or they were taking up his time, always knowing - or being able to find out - what was needed to make them happy...

"I have to get used to the idea of having another child depending on us."
She told him, truthfully, "But that's about it, Dante. That's all. It is weird, I bet it's mind-blowing for you, but I don't really care who her mom was or ow she got where she is. She's safe here, now, with us, and hopefully we can make her happy."

Hopefully she could make him, happy. It surprised her a little that he thought she would just reject Kat, but she realized that maybe he didn't know what was going on anymore. It'd been like that since all this started, and Harm didn't know how to fix it.

It was the idea too he had been ready for when there would be two babies in the house but now there was them and Kat before them. That made a difference.

"We know she already likes you. The dinner get together and when you walked into the room?"
Maybe mentioning the dinner get together was a bad idea. The next thought that occurred though, "How do you think Angel will react?"

Well that was a really good thing, right? Him bringing up that Kat liked her. If she didn't, Harm wasn't really sure what they would end up doing. She'd have done her best though, to change the little girl's mind. Looking thoughtfully at Kat, Harm tried to imagine Angel that small. The two-year-old thing never happened, though, so it was hard. And now, without the potion, she was going to have two more of every age. It was just a learning process, right?

As for how Angel would react, Harm said firmly, "She might be jealous, at first, because Kitty really is yours, but she's excited to be an older sister and be like Em. She'll be fine with it."

"I hope so."

He was actually worried about that, but it was what they would have faced once the babies were born so it was like the situation only earlier. Dante didn't think a lot would change, it was more adjusting to having someone else in the house and for Angel having someone to share attention with. With a laugh as he realized something,

"Seems like every-time I call you for something from the living room it's never anything good. Or it's some new that changes everything."

"If we can somehow get her involved in playing with Kitty, so she can share the time with both of you, that'd probably make things a little easier, faster. We were upstairs playing go fish, and you know what? She said it wasn't fun playing with two people. So now, we can have more."

Optimistic sides of things.

Harm was extremely relieved when he laughed, but as she thought about it, she realized he was right. He was completely right. "Next time I might just come in and be all 'oh god, what happened now?"
