Edward apparated right into the living room. He had some wards, but they weren`t that strong and they allowed him to apaparte in and out without having to take the wards down. So, it was fine, besides, Aurors weren`t really after him, and they were the only ones who didn`t know how to knock.

As they both were in he looked down at Julianna, realizing that he still was standing close and still holding her hand. A smirk appeared on his lips as he tried to keep a rude comment back.

After a second he managed himslef to stop grinning. "So... do you really want tea or was that just a line?" he asked, still not moving and still holding her hand. They were standing between an old looking couch and a small coffee table, as fire was burning in the fireplace - the only thing that house elves could do right in this home.

Once they had arrived at wherever his house was, Juls looked around, stopping her eyebrow from going up as she realized how nicely everything was furnished. Well then.

She looked up at him to comment, "Nice place..." and watched amusedly as he seemed to struggle with himself. "Are you going to start blushing now because we're holding hands or is whatever eles you have on the tip of your tongue something I don't want to hear and that's why you're trying not to say it?"

The latter was probably it, and she appreciated it, though she'd admit she was curious.

Although she didn't let go of his hand, she did slightly lean back to sit on the very edge of the arm of the couch, smirking as she pointed out, "If it was a line, you're the one that said it..."

"Touché" Edward said silently, grinning to himself. She wasn`t that stupid. Although he had already realized that from their talk in the club. "Then it obviously wasn`t a line." he said, looking straight at her.

And yet, then he let go of her hand and stepped back. Snapping his fingers he looked around. "Crumb!" he called out load, still looking around. "Where the hell he disappeared to again?" he asked himself angrily.

After a couple of seconds a house elf appeared in the room, looking as all house elves - dirty, sad and scared. "Sir, Crumb is sorry for being late, sir, but Crumb was trying to clean the chimney, and it was quite hot up there and Crumb couldn`t hear you, sir." he rambled out quickly, clenching a side of his white (once probably, now it was somehow black) cloth.

Edward shook his head angrily. "Was I asking?" he asked with a frown on his face. As the house elf crouched from fear he sighed annoyedly. "Get a cup of tea here. And for Merlin`s sake, clean up!" he exclaimed.

As the house lef disappeared he turned to Juls. "I must say sorry for Crumb, My mother must have hated me to leaving me with this creature." he sighed and shook his head, trying to calm down. The truth was that this was home and he remembered who he was again.

Juls tilted her head slightly, smiling as she asked, "So you're seriously just continuing to ply me with liquids until...?"

It wasn't a line, and the easy, companionable banter and silence was broken when he moved away. It was almost as if there was an instant frown on her face when he became angry over something or another, and just like the smile had, it completely transformed his face.

Almost scared her, how fast the transition was.

Seeing the little house elf, Juls silently pressed her lips together and went back to studying the furniture. Cleaning a fireplace while the fire was going on? That was dangerous; yet, she wouldn't say anything, because a whole new side opened itself up to her.

So when he turned back to her, the anger not fading from his face quickly, Juls took a second to wet her lips, careful. Perhaps it was a bad idea. Maybe.

"Don't worry about it, really."
She just answered.

Edward only nodded at her. Suddenly this started to feel very wrong and he realized that he was sobering up. Damn apparation... Looking around he moved to a small bar which was standing by the wall and looked through the bottles.

Grabbing one he opened it up and poured himself a glass of it. Maybe this was wrong for trying to get drunk just in order not to be pissed, but... he guessed that even Juls liked him more when he was smiling instead of frowning. He downed the glass in one gulp and then turned at her.

That moment Crumb appeared, carrying a tray. It had a cup of tea and a bowl of sugar on it. "Put it on the coffee table." Edward muttured under his breath. He was waiting until the creature would leave once more and then looked up at Juls.

He had never had this feeling that it felt like he should say something, but he had no idea what. So he just looked at her for a couple of moments, shook his head and went for the bottle again.

When Edward walked away, Juls stood up again, folding her arms over her chest uncomfortably. Now what? Something had happened, something to make everything halted and awkward. Perhaps it was the more intimate setting, perhaps it was the exhaustion setting in.

He started drinking again, and softly, Juls asked, "Water's for the feet, yes?" She laughed, just as quietly, pausing as the house-elf came in again.

She didn't really want tea.

Edward just poured himself another drink, and finally the silence and staring got to her; she just sighed, "Oh what the hell."

Walking over to him, she guided his hands to put down the glass and bottle, and then stood up on her toes to press her lips against his, barely more than what he'd done in the street.

Edward turned to look at Juls as she sweared to herself. He raised his eyebrow, not really knowing on what made her do so. He watched as she walked to him, and found himself standing completely still - half full glass in one hand, bottle in another.

As she guided him to put the both things down, he didn`t even argue - he just went with the flow. And yet, he could have never predicted what happened after it. To be honest he wasn`t even sure how it happened. And why, for Merlin`s sake, she kissed him. Because his intentions weren`t that when he called her for tea. Not that he didn`t like it he just didn`t even.... think about it. Maybe his age was kicking in...

And yet as she kissed him he reacted to that instantly. He placed one of his hands on the top of the bar, turning to a side and put the other one on the top as well. Now her back was pressed to the bar and he had both sides covered with his hands. And even though the kiss wasn`t deep - he didn`t deepen it, he still responded to it slightly. But as he had her between him and the bar, he pulled back and looked at her.

"You aren`t going to ask me money after this?" he asked, his voice serious. But... he was joking once again. What changed...?

It was the alcohol, Juls swore, that gave her the idea and the courage to do that. Really, if she stopped and thought about it, she probably would have liked him for the simple fact that he actually treated her like she was someone. Not just another slut to take home. Not just another woman to bamboozle. Though they didn't talk about anything serious, they still talked.

And that was probably why she was kissing him. Right.

Juls smiled slightly when they pivoted slightly, the cold countertop of his personal bar pressing against her slightly curved back- which then straightened as she went back down on her feet. She let her hands slide down to rest on his chest, and her eyes flickered back up when he pulled away, just slightly.

It took her a minute to fight through her confusion on that one. Money? That was the last thing on her mind, but she didn't quite get...Oh. He was doing that...serious-face-joke thing.

"Nope, no money. I have enough." She laughed, quietly, as she didn't want to disrupt the tranquility of the room.

Edward watched her and for a moment she looked confused. Ah, he liked to confuse people. Mostly because when they were confused they would give into some sort of weakness. After all, wasn`t it best to confuse people if you want to get something? Even though this wasn`t the case.

At her answer he found himself smiling slightly. He wasn`t sure why he was smiling so much - he definately wasn`t a smile person. "Good." he murmured, his voice fitting with the tone of hers. "Because you aren`t going to get any." he finished, looking right into her eyes.

And still he couldn`t understand what made her even want to be there. Women liked men like him for two reasons - money and respect. And he wasn`t sure which one she needed. Because he simply couldn`t believe that it was neither.

With those thoughts spinning in his head he leaned in closer to her and now kissed her. How long it was since he was with a woman? It felt like ages. With all the stuff on his shoulders, he had no time for personal life, since Elisabeth died. Edward almost forgot why women were so alluring. But just almost.

"Don't even know why you brought it up." Juls finished firmly. No, she wasn't after any money of his. That would have meant she was a slut, a leech. That would have meant she knew exactly who he was and why he was so worried about said money. It was obvious he was well off, if the quality if the room she'd seen so far was any indication, but quite bluntly, she didn't particularly care.

But really, she did know why he brought it up. It seemed like he was unintentionally fishing for whys, and she simply answered, "I don't know, I'm slightly intoxicated. I'm just going with the flow, so you don't have to wonder what I'm trying to get from this. Because I don't know either."

Anything else she might have rattled off was lost as he kissed him, finally properly instead of the teasing ones before, and she smiled into it. About time, wasn't it? Though she wasn't usually taking up offers to go home with men, it didn't mean she wasn't enjoying this.

"Going with the flow..." Edward murmured, against her lips, not really wanting to pull back to speak. For Merlin`s sake, he just was reminded of how it felt, nothing could force him to go away now.

"For some people that might end up terribly." he murmured.

He let go his right hand off of the counter of the bar and placed it under her chin softly again. At last he pulled back a bit, just so that he could look at her without having a double vision. "So not money then... what are you looking for?" he asked, being totally honest and clear about his question for once.

Juls just waited as he processed what she'd said, patiently holding still. But when he said for some that ended up badly, Juls titled her face up towards his, (able to despite their close proximity), and asked, "Was that a warning?"

He was moving, and every second that they questioned what they were doing made her more and more antsy. What did it matter? Why did any of it matter? All she knew was that she had no idea what she was doing.

But he questioned her again, even after she said truthfully that she didn't really know, so she answered in a different way, "A good end to a good night?"

Really, she'd be happy with that, and that was all she wanted.

Edward shrugged. "Unless you are going to try and kill me in my sleep. If not, then this definately isn`t a warning." He spoke silently, a small grin on his lips. This was a strange situation to him, and he couldn`t help it.

At her next answer he only nodded. And stopped caring. Whatever her intentions were, he wasn`t sure if it was important. Even if it was, he was sure that he would find out.

Brushing some hair off of her shoulder he leaned down and kissed her neck. He was tired of talking and he was excited about what was coming up. Definately a fun way to end this night. Even if all of this was totally unexpected.

Juls crinkled her nose, and shook her head, "Nope. I have enough lives on my hands." She teased, "And if I was going to kill someone else tonight, it'd be the drunken fool who tried to touch me hours ago. Not you."

He dropped the question of what she was trying to scam him for, and Juls figured he either didn't care anymore, or he'd been satisfied with her answer. She was telling the truth, the whole time. Whether or not he believed that was his perogative.

But she breathed out in a soft sigh when he kissed her neck, tilting her head, and busied herself with his shirt, slowly. One button at a time.

Edward brushed his hands down her sides, leaving them on her thighs for a moment. He kissed her cheekbone and then slowly went to her lips. In the same time his hands wandered up again, gripping the side of her shirt and pulling it up slightly, revealing her stomach.

But then he decided to work on the buttons instead. As much as she was enjoying with his, he wasn`t that precise. "Damn... why clothes have to have buttons?" he murmured, pulling slightly back, to look down at her shirt.

"Ah, I take back my words. This is..." he brushed his finger down from her neck right to her belly button. Only two last buttons were left. He was slightly amused to be honest. Women could never get old to men, eh? "Amazing..." he breathed out at last, smiling slightly.

After a second he finished with her shirt and went back to kiss her lips, as his hands slipped to her shoulders under the shirt and started to push it down her arms.

Whatever hesitation had kept Edward from walking away or continuing to talk before had gone away. Which was basically what she'd wanted.

But what she didn't know was coming for her was how suddenly his hands made her quiver. She could feel her stomach, clenching like a fist as she attempted to take a slightly normal breath.

Right. Older men. More experience.

"I dunno..." Juls answered, finished with his buttons. She let her fingers slide down to hook into his belt loops and she gave one hard, insistant tug to bring them flush together, her leaning back just slightly onto the bar.

"Amazing." She repeated with a grin, her arms locking around his neck as her mouth was taken again, biting down gently on his bottom lip.

Edward pulled back a bit, and took his hands off of her, just so that he could take off his shirt and drop it on the ground. Before coming back, he took a short glance at her. Yes. Definately amazing. Quickly he stepped back in, enjoying the way how she put her arms around his neck.

Softly he placed his hands under her hip and pulled her up in the air, making her sit down on the counter. She was a bit shorter than him and in this way he made her be almost in the same height as he was... just now she was slightly taller.

He leaned to her, kissing her deeply, his hands running up her sides once more, as he made her lean backwards by leaning onto her. Taking the shirt he pulled it up softly, yet forcefully at the same time. As the shirt slid off of her hands, he tossed it away.

He left his hands on her shoulders, his fingers playing on her skin. Leaving her mouth he went down, kissing every part of her skin that he met on his way. Reaching her stomach he bit her and grinned to himself.

Juls smiled when he finished what she'd started, watching the white dress shirt flutter to the ground distractedly. The next second though, a startled gasp slipped from her lips as he lifted her up, but she adapted quickly, hooking her legs around his waist.

She was sitting on the edge, but she didn't even worry about falling off, as the pace had become significantly less careful and slow. She moved with him, moving the ways that his fingers led her. Pushing back, it wasn't at all awkward and planned out, it just happened.

Going with the flow.

While he was playing with her shirt, she pressed her fingers against his abs, only helping him slide the shirt off when it was already down her arms.

But when he stopped kissing her lips a grumbled purr seemed to come out of her mouth. Raw, primative, whatever it was, she was feeling it. It was just like the way he was treating her. He wanted, he took. It was purely elemental, and she quite liked it.

Pulse fluttering, Juls lifted herself up on her elbows slightly when he bit her, her startled, darkened gaze flying to his face, but at his grin, she just reached out and pulled him back up to her mouth.

Edward grinned as she pulled him up to her mouth. "Couldn`t keep myself from doing that." he whispered, kissing her back. He placed his fingertips on her cheek, taking some hair out of her face.

To be honest, he had no idea how it came to this. He yelled at her and now they were both half naked and obviously neither of them was going to stop. Pulling back once more he could feel the warmth of her legs around his waist. And as much as this was fun, wooden counters weren`t the best place to be with a woman.

Wrapping his hands around her waist he picked her up. He hadn`t picked anyone else up for a long time, and it surprised him that it wasn`t too heavy. Kissing her all the time, he slowly made his way to the straicase, then up and then to his room. This was harder, but... he couldn`t force himself to pull away.

Edward walked inside the living room, just to find them sitting on the couch. Not a moment later Julianna walked in and sat down by the bar. He sighed. She either was stupid or wanted to take some sort of revenge on him.

The taller one couldn`t pull his eyes away from Julianna, although after a moment he managed to do so, looking at Edward at last. "He said that he will give it back by the end of the week." he said, raising his eyebrow slowly.

The shorter one didn`t stop looking at the woman. Way too attractive. "Yeah, you should have heard him scream." he added, smiling at her.

"Good." Edward only said. He didn`t want them to say these things near Julianna, but what could he do now? So, he just stabbed his eyes at the wall in front of him. "Anything else?" he asked.
