Well, he's a platypus. They don't do much.
I'll help out, but first, what is it? A mix? A mix-fake?

Resident Band Geek.
this should have been put in the reviews forum- for a review.

it's pretty good.
but the colors of the tail and the nose/ears don't match, which doesn't make much sense unless it randomly underwent a color change under the... fur? spikes? also, your shading on the white is rather flat, as is some of the body on the brownish one. shading the outlines would help immensely as well. and on the curves, soemtimes it seems you've simply drawn on the dragonair and recolored it, because the sides are smooth, where if this is fur (looks like something you'd see on a zigzagoon), it would stick out some. It also seems to stop abruptly for the tail, which, IMO, has a flame that is quite large for the Pokémon itself, as it would need a lot of energy, and that is a relatively small Pokémon when compared to the flame size- look at charizard, for instance. it has a fairly small tail flame that is kept burning all the time, and it is small enough that it is not a major energy strain.

also, on the black/white one, you have two white sections in a row, where everywhere else you were alternating. The nose does not flow very well, IMO- it seems to me that it has a macaroni noodle on its face.
