So. I'm making a fakemon, an eevee-equivalent, now that I've begun spriting once more. It's a little berry-mouse that evolves into five assorted rodents (plus a rabbit). Each of the evolutions is based on a different fruit. So, vote for the five fruits you think I should use. The evos will be:

Rabbit
Squirrel
Beaver
Capybara
Undecided: Hamster, Chinchilla, or Rat

I believe, along with others, you should do a Durian. A durian is a smelly, spiky fruit that is very heavy and hurts when thrown. Here's a picture: Posted Image

You should also make a poke-egg.

I originally thought of doing a durian, but every fakemon design I came up with for that was a hedgehog, which isn't a rodent, so that doesn't work. And... what's a poke-egg? O__o

Like... an egg for a Pokémon.

The accent mark helps, huh?

EDIT: And you could do a brown rat for a durian, too.

...Also, in general, stuff with spikes or spines is too hard for me to sprite, at my level. Large amounts of spikes, anyways.

Ah, okay, then. I agree, I can't sprite hair/spikes for my life.

I suggest raspberries. [/random]

For the last rodent, I think you should go with chinchilla.

Tell me the truth this time, why don't you.
I voted for Banana, Citrus, Raspberry, Peach, and Pineapple. Although srsly, Durian + Hedgehog ftw, don't skip out on doing something simply because you think it's "too hard for you at your level." Just practice!

...Um, oh, well I guess they're not rodents, then, are they? xD; Um. Go for a Chinchilla or a Guinea Pig or a Gerbil.

The one and only
Kiwi, Apple, Peach, Grape, Lemon

Those would make very interesting Pokémon imo.

I think that the "undecided" one should be a rat, seeing how it'd probably be a good idea, that, since the pre-evo is pretty much a mouse, you'd have an evo more relevent to a mouse. :]

I also agree on IT about the durian/hedgehog suggestion. That'd be great, even though a hedgehog isn't a rodent. Maybe, instead of straight-fowardly a mouse, maybe instead have it be more of a mixed "rodent" that doesn't really completely related to a certain species.
Or, instead of a hedgehog, maybe you could make it a porcupine-like animal... it'd need longer spines, though, y'know... wouldn't look so relevent to a durian as a hedgehog would, but hey, just throwing out some alt. ideas for ya. =3

Hmm... maybe you could use a blackberry, strawberry, or raspberry for the squirrel (obviously going for something in... well, smaller proportions). As for the others, I don't really know at the moment.

I also suggest that maybe you could include a Pitaya fruit (Dragon Fruit) in there, too? That'd pwn. x3;
