Before you answer, consider the possibilities: -She seems nicer than she used to be. (No offense. D:) -She sprites (womg) -She's an active member that would probably help with a lot of things, such as PMV -If you ban someone forever for doing harmful things to the forum, they could ruin it even while banned, or hire someone else, neither of which Seika has done/is doing/will do ~~-You know you want to~~ gets [ROCK]s thrown at him and is lit on [FIRE] for starting a potential [FIGHTING]

She's content with just being here and not even being staff. Besides, everyone on PMVF has forgiven her, and we're having a damn good time. It seems the only ones that haven't moved on are Ilex and Shed.

Members will not be allowed to return in this case. I just needed to flash that before someone else does that to me. Yes, I know that Seika had an interesting history together with the forum's members and the forum as a whole, but she has forgave all of those who she had upset over the final ban, believe it or not. Everyone who she said sorry to forgave her and gave her a second chance. I think it would be beneficial for us if we gave her a second chance, as well. It would also help the revival of PMF; Seika is one of the most unique Fakemon-makers that we have, and she's back to spriting, so her activity along with the rest of the forum's activity will help in reviving this board! That's an advantage we would certainly not want to lose! Also, she has agreed on that, if she does come back, she does not want to have any type of mod position whatsoever. That means there would be no way for her to destroy the forum again... So, can we have her again? plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz?

Let's see. As far as I can tell, she was banned on March 20. I'd think we'd have to wait at least four months to consider a reinstatement, if you will. So it's not out of the question, but I'd wait longer.

Rules are made to be followed, but there is no denying the power of the people. Seika is a great friend ~~aside from never giving me my shirt~~, and I recognize that she may have changed for the better after the blow that the ban dealt her, but rules are still rules. As a friend, I would like her back; as an administrator, I would not. Thus, I null my vote.
