No, PMR isn't open yet. However, there are some exciting new things that will make the variety of the Pokémon in the RPG phenominal. PLEASE. Put sprites in your Dex topics, with Dex info. The less info we have to make, the faster PMR can run. The starter system is one preview that you will get for PMR. No more strict starter choices. No staff-only-choose-any-starters. Just follow these easy steps. *NOTE: On discounts, prices will not go below 0$P. List 1 - Physical Bug, Fighting, Flying, Ghost, Ground, Normal, Poison, Rock, Steel List 2 - Special Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fire, Grass, Ice, Water, Psychic Step 1: Choose types from the above lists. Prices: -1 type per list: Free -2 types from the same list: 500$P -Three types (regardless of list): 1000$P Discounts: -Staff: 500$P -Veterans: 250$P Step 2: Tell your types to a PMR Mod. He/she will randomize three Pokémon per type. Choose 1 Pokémon for each type out of the choices given. You can rerandomize a type for 150$P per type. -Staff: 2 free rerandomizations -Veterans: 1 free rerandomization Step 3: Mix the Pokémon given (or request them in a shop...please at least TRY to make your own...). Levels of Starters: -Member: 5 -Veterans: 7 -Staff: 10 Here is an example of a free starter: RPer chooses Ghost and Grass. Staff gives 2 lists: -List 1: Gastly, Drifloon, Rotom -List 2: Oddish, Treecko, Lileep RPer chooses Drifloon and Treecko, mixes them, and uses it as a Grass/Ghost, Grass/Flying, or Ghost/Flying starter. Example of a not-so-free starter. >D> Shed chooses Fire, Water, and Grass. ($1000-$500 for staff discount = $500) Staff gives 3 lists: -Fire: Charmander, Houndour, Ponyta -Water: Shellder, Piplup, Omanyte -Grass: Chikorita, Lotad, Tropius Shed rerolls Fire.-Fire: Vulpix, Chimchar, Torchic Shed chooses Piplup, Lotad, and Torchic. He pays 500$P, mixes it, and uses it as a Fire/Water, Grass/Water, or Grass/Fire starter. And one more thing: the code for $p is $ P without the space. Your PMR Staff, Xia Phearix, PenguinGengar, and Exdee |

You start with...3000 $p if I remember correctly. You get more in the RP via battles, etc. |

It's preferred so that the PMR Mods can focus on actually putting together the RP. If someone godmods their Dex info, however, we will have to fix it. D: |

why is ghost under Physical? it doesn't really make sense to me... you could switch it with dark, dark seems more... Physical... But whatever, you probably have your reasons also... you might consider letting people start with some more $p so they could work on their starter a bit more... and for those who would stick with the basic, they get more $p |

Why would they need more money to make their starters? Other than if they pick more types so it costs more. They pay for those, and they don't get any money, that's how the world works. 8D |

you only start out with 300 $p right? now if you are new to the RPG you can only pay for a "reroll" no two physical type, no x3 types... now if you gave them 500 $p they would at leas have some options |

The type lists are the lists from the first three generations of Pokemon games. That's how they were split before they introduced the new system in D/P. |

Well, you have to use the randomization, however, you can make the mix yourself. If there is a mix you already made and want to use, choose the types of the Pokemon in the mix and rerandomize until you get it. D: And the RP is not open yet. |
